Has been trained in modern mining practices in Australia. He has 15 years of Experience in Mineral Industry in Tata Steel, before he set out in his entrepreneurial journey in 2001. Mr. P C Sahoo, 44 years, B. Tech. (Mechanical Engineering) from IIT, Roorkee, is the founding member of GRM Mineral Resources, South Africa. After graduation, he joined TATA Steel and worked for 18 years in various functions including Operation & Maintenance, Project Management and Human Resources. Dr R K Upadhyay, 49 years, a Doctorate in Geology from ISM, India, having 26 years of working experience in the Field of Mineral Exploration, Ore Body Modeling, Resource Planning and Scheduling, Mining Geology and Preparation of Mine Plans. He has worked for 23 years in Tata Steel and was the Chief Geologist before joining the Group. Holder of RQP certificate from IBM since 1990, he visited various mineral deposits within India and overseas, main of them being in Iran, Australia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Siera Leone and Mali. Mr. U K Singh, has extensive experience in civil and projects in Natural Resources, mainly mining projects. Has worked for 15 years in Tata steel.

Technical Expert Team on Geology, Exploration and Deposit Evaluation: Abani Kumar Sitha: Post graduate in geology from Utkal University, India, with 20 years of field experience, Mr Sitha has gained rich knowledge on Indonesian mineral resources, particularly Coal, Heavy minerals, base metals (gold). He was responsible for mineral targeting in Indonesia. He serves as Sr. Geologist in Indonesian projects. Sitha has worked in various organizations, namely, Hamco Mining & Smelting, Reme PVt Ltd, IMFA, FACOR, PT Bumimas Sejahtera before joining GRM in the year 2010. Digvijay Singh Bisen: M.Tech in mineral exploration from NIT, Raipur, Digvijay has 6 years experience in geological mapping and exploration work as India as well as overseas assignments. As a Geologist, he executed coal projects of the group in Indonesia and Mozambique. Prior to present assignment he served private organizations viz - Shree Ram Gemicon and Jindal poly films. Sandip Kumar Some: M.Sc. From Calcutta University, Sandip has 4 years experience in geological exploration work. He executed some green field projects in the state of MP in India and Coal and Heavy mineral sand project work in Indonesia. Presently he is serving the group as Asst. Geologist for Indonesia and Indian operations. Sandipan Sarkar: M.Sc. from Calcutta University, he has 6 years experience in geology, survey, sampling, mapping and exploration. He executed alluvial chrome project in Indonesia and worked for

coal, gold and chrome projects in Zimbabwe. Presently he is serving as Geologist for Zimbabwe and surrounding countries.

Technical Expert Team on Mining and Mine Planning: Amrit Pegu: Passed out as mining engineer in the year 2012 from Indian School of mines, Amrit joined group as GT and exposed to the coal and heavy mineral sand mining operations at Indonesia. He serves as Asst. Manager (mining) in the group and provides support services.. Anindya Chatterjee: Passed out as mining engineer in the year 2012 from Indian School of mines, Anindya joined group as GT and exposed to the coal exploration and mining operations at Indonesia. Subsequently he reallocated to Zimbabwe and got the opportunity to take care of contract mining of Hwange coal operation. He serves as Asst. Manager (mining) in the group and provides support services.

5. Technical Expert Team on Mineral Processing: Vikas Vimal: Passed out as mineral processing engineer in the year 2012 from Indian School of mines, Vikas joined group as GT and exposed to the heavy mineral sand processing operations at Indonesia. He serves as Asst. Manager (mineral processing) in the group and provides support services to the Mentor (mineral processing). Santosh Kanugula: M. Tech. in mineral Process engineering from Andhra University, Santosh gained 4 years experience in mineral sand processing plant erection and commissioning work. He is working as Dy. Manager (Processing) in Indonesia. Prior to GRM, he worked in mineral sand plant of Trimax and HDO Ltd in India.

6. Team of Senior Consulting Experts: Dr Asokan S.: Dr. Asokan is a doctorate in geochemistry and petrology from Cambridge University, U.K., after his post-graduation in at IIT Bombay. He underwent an EDP in Wharton School of Business, USA. Dr Asokan had been to various senior positions in ACC, HCL group, Tata Steel and Everest Resources. With 38 years of experience, he widely travelled across the globe and expertizes in mineral sands, Iron Ore, Coal, Chrome, Manganese, Mineral Sands, Ni Laterite and fluxes (Limestone, Dolomite etc.). He currently offers his Expert Services as an Independent Consultant / Advisor to the group in the areas of Geology, Mining, Raw Materials and Project Management related to Minerals, Rocks, Ores, Coal, Bauxite, Industrial Minerals, Water, Ferro Alloys, Iron & Steel, Mineral Sands, Titanium and some selected Metals UP Singh: After serving Geological Survey of India (GSI) as Director for 28 years, Mr Singh served a few reputed business houses in India and abroad. His key expertizes remains in application of Geological, Geophysical and Remote Sensing exploration techniques. He gained extensive knowledge on coal, metallic minerals, specifically base metals and industrial minerals. Mr Singh, provides his guidance and field expertize to the group as consultant.

Guru Das: Mr. Das retired from GSI as Sr. Director and providing consultative advice to the group. With 38 years of experience in mineral exploration and geological mapping, Mr Das has expertize in Iron exploration techniques. PK Deb: Mr Deb provides consultancy on mine hydrogeological solutions to the group. With 39 years of experience, a renowned hydro-geologist, he worked in Tata Steel, CGWB, GEIM, Furgo, Geo-tech, KND Engineering, Shyam Group and Salva Resources before switching over to free lancing profession. He is an author of book An introduction to Mine Hydrogeology J V Rao: After serving Indian Rare Earth Limited for 38 years as geological professional, Mr Rao retired as Dy. GM and started his consultancy services to the Group as Mentor (mineral processing). He has studies some of the major heavy mineral sand deposit of the world. He was the key advisor to commission GRMs Indonesia HM processing plant.
