'ection =/ The T-( and the &'TA34('1M&*T further agrees that for the duration of the in,plant training of the T-(As students!trainees the following shall be observed: 9/ There is no employer,employee relationship between the &'TA34('1M&*T and the students!trainees/ *either is the accommodation given by the &'TA34('1M&*T in allowing the students!trainees to undergo in,plant training be considered as a guarantee for employment with the &'TA34('1M&*T upon completion of the program5 :/ The &'TA34('1M&*T is not obliged to pay the students!trainees compensation of any .ind other than the grant of the training allowance during the in,plant training herein elsewhere provided5 =/ The students!trainees and the T-( shall abide by the &'TA34('1M&*TA' rules and regulations and with those imposed for the program otherwise they shall be excluded from further participation therein5 >/ The &'TA34('1M&*T reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any students!trainees nominated or recommended by the T-( and discontinue the training of any such trainee on reasonable grounds after written notice to the T-(5 @/ The T-( may pull,out any students!trainees from the &'TA34('1M&*T on reasonable grounds after it has sent a written notice of such pull,out5 B/ The &'TA34('1M&*T may extend the in,plant training of students!trainees who have exceeded the allowable number of training hours sub6ect to the approval of the T-(/ 'ection >/ That all business and technical information data software and related documentation in whatever form provided recorded or unrecorded (hereinafter collectively referred to as # information$) which the &'TA34('1M&*T may furnish or has furnished T-( and the students!trainees shall be: 9/ used solely for the purpose for which it was furnished5
