Adams tells how the poor dont get as good of health care as the wealthy do, in this article. There are many Americans that have jobs and have been working as hard as they can, yet they still cant afford health insurance. America is spending a lot of money on health insurance for those who cant afford it on their own, yet there are still millions that dont have any health insurance at all. There are so many people not getting health care at all, just because they cant afford it. With a health care reform, more people would be cared for. A health care reform would mean that all of these uninsured Americans would get health insurance from the government so that they could afford proper health care.

The addition to the national debt wouldnt be worth it in the long run, because the money wouldnt help insure many Americans, definitely not all of the uninsured Americans. Universal health care will provide free health insurance to Americans, even Americans that are making more than enough on their own to pay for their own. This plan wouldnt even be helping the people that need it the most, the ones in the lowest income bracket. The people that need the most help, arent getting help. According to Beck, taxes will increase for most Americans in order for the government to provide health insurance. A universal system

would entice businesses and corporations to stop giving their employees health insurance. Why should businesss pay for their employees health care when they could just have the government do it? This would be a huge inconvenience for most employees. This article gives many reasons as to why universal health care is not a good choice for America.

The British system is a universal, government-ran organization, while the American system is an independent system that is operated by different groups. The British Department of Health is structured and organized in its health administration. Although British hospitals and clinics have long waiting lists, everyone is still guaranteed health insurance. Americans are considering a switch to a universal system in hopes of lowering health care costs. However, they are concerned that the quality of their health care would decrease in a universal system.

This research shows that overall, the health care system in the united states in lacking in many ways. The United States lacked in the quality of its health care as well as the efficiency of its health care. One of the ways that the American health system is

doing alright in was prevention. This research that was analyzed also showed that Americans had enough access to health care if they had insurance.

If the government gets the power to dictate medical practices, health insurance and payment plans, the health care system would become a disaster. Government employees have no qualifications to dictate medical practices in any way, shape or form. The health care reform would increase the cost of health insurance and quality health coverage would be difficult for Americans to attain. Universal health care coverage would make health care be rationed and denied to some patients that got put on the bottom of the list. This could prevent a lot of people from getting proper medical care. The patients should have power of their health care, not the government.

Ben Furmas predicts that without a change, the health care system will have higher and higher costs and less people will be able to afford quality health care. With the higher costs of health care, insurance companies will have to raise their prices as well. If insurance gets any more expensive, many Americans will become uninsured and unprotected. To resolve this, a health care reform needs to take

place. A reform would make better quality health care and health insurance more accessible to American families.

The only thing America seems to use more of than other developed countries- technology. The United States has a high percentage of treatment facilities. According to Goodman and his statistical research, America also has better preventative health care. Statistics show that Americans take more advantage of health care preventatives than Canadians do. Although poverty is a disadvantage in America, poverty is a disadvantage almost everywhere. Even in a universal government-regulated health system, wealthy people have advantages that poor people never will.

A universal health care system would make health insurance more accessible to working and lower-class Americans. He compares health care systems of many countries from around the world, one of which is the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom was very satisfied, overall, when they made the switch to

a universal health care system. Kingson tells that a universal system where the government worked with companies and hospitals would provide for a more economically-efficient health care system, as well increased quality of healthcare. A universal health care system is the best choice to improve health care in America.

If universal health care was achieved, more Americans could become insured. If both liberals and conservatives fought for a universal system, only then could it be achieved. Some Americans think we have the best health care system in the world already, this is false. The World Health Organization noted that the United States has very high costs per patient and isnt very efficient and doesnt have very great outcomes. In this article, we are informed that if we recognize the limits we have in our system, fight both liberally and conservatively as well as recognizing the limits of our government, universal health care can and will be achieved in America.

It is expensive to the consumer as well as companies and the government. With a reform, our health care system would become more efficient and it

would be less wasteful. The longer we wait to reform, the more and more expensive it will get. With this reform, everyone would be their choice of doctors and health insurance plans. Without this major reform, we wont be able to get the quality care we want in America.
