Remanto is a web based Human Resource Management tool that enables the HR Department to select, capture, track, modify

and report all information relating to an employee. It facilitates capturing employee details; process, Training, leave; manage queries, rewards, travel and reimbursement; conduct surveys. Remanto consists of the following modules: Performance Management System: To set goals, make employee self-appraisal, view goals and ratings. Talent Management: Remanto provides the right platform for integrated recruiting, appraisal, compensation, and development to know your people and grow your business. Appraisal: appraisal is a systematic and periodic process that assesses an individual employees job performance and productivity in relation to certain pre-established criteria and organizational objectives. Training: Training has specific goals of improving one's capability, capacity, and performance.
