The following terms and conditions will apply if you wish to use online booking service offered on this website. Please go through the conditions carefully and if you accept them, you may register and transact on the site. No user can register more than once on the site. Please note that once you register yourself on this site, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions. If You do not agree with all these terms and conditions, you must not transact on this Website.

The Passenger must carry the Credit/Debit Card in original through which the Transaction has been made without which the Reservation/Boarding will be denied without any refund.

If a user violates the terms and conditions of use by registering more than one userid and / or booking on such multiple userid's, SMVDSB reserves the right to deactivate all such user registration and / or cancel all or any of the tickets booked using these registrations without any notice or refund.

Please use a valid E-Mail ID and mobile number in registration. Garbage/Junk values in profile may lead to Deactivation.

Your user id, password will be sent to your registered E-Mail id. You will receive a password and account designation upon completing our registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. Ensure that you Logout from your account at the end of each session. SMVDSB cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this.

A maximum of 05 seats each can be booked by a user in a calendar month for helicopter travel from Katra to Sanjhichhat/Sanjhichhat to Katra. If a user violates this condition, SMVDSB reserves the right to cancel all or any ticket booked without any notice or refund.

A maximum of one Room/05 dormitory beds can be booked by a user in a calendar month. A maximum of 05 Attka can be booked by a user in a calendar month. A maximum of one transaction for SSVP can be done by a user in a calendar month.

A maximum of one Poojan (Rs. 5100) can be booked by a user in a calendar month. ERS (Electronic Reservation Slip) - The printout in standard specified Performa containing reservation particulars and instructions for use should be taken out after making online reservation. The same should be brought alongwith relevant identification documents for availing of the services booked online at the time of pilgrimage. The production of relevant identification documents (as quoted at the time of making online reservation) is mandatory at the time of availing the facilities booked online, failing which the user can be denied the concerned service/facility. The rules and instructions recorded on the electronic reservation slip shall govern the terms and conditions of respective service/facility.

After booking the tickets through this site, user must preserve the Transaction ID and all other details for future reference.

User shall access the website only for lawful purposes and shall be responsible for complying with all extant laws, statutes and regulations in connection with the use of the website. This Website is for personal use of the pilgrim and not for any commercial use by any one. You shall not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, products or services obtained from this Website. You shall not create a hypertext link to the Website.

All devotees are requested to submit the correct details during online reservation. The details once submitted by the devotee shall not be changed /modified.

SMVDSB shall not be responsible for wrong bookings due to incorrect/incomplete details furnished by the user at the time of booking.

Online Booking once done, shall not be Cancelled, Postponed or Pre-poned. However, in respect of online booked helicopter tickets for travel on Katra Sanjichatt- Katra sector, the following policy for the cancellation and refund of helicopter ticket shall apply : i. Online Helicopter tickets booked through Shrine Boards website shall be cancelled through Online Mode only, which facility is available on Shrine Boards official website. No request for cancellation of Online helicopter tickets shall be entertained through any mode other than Online cancellation. Request for such cancellation by approaching any of counters of SMVDSB through physical production of tickets etc. shall not be entertained under any circumstance. ii. Yatris who have booked their helicopter tickets through Shrine Board's official website can cancel their helicopter tickets online by logging on the website with their username and password. iii. 50% of the amount shall be refunded to the Yatris who have booked their helicopter tickets through Shrine Boards official website, and have subsequently cancelled their tickets online

for whatever reasons. Remaining 50% of the amount for the booked ticket shall accrue to the Shrine Board as processing charges. iv. The cancellation can be made upto (and not after) 07 days before the scheduled date of travel. v. The refund shall be made ordinarily by the Shrine Board within 15 days from the date of cancellation of the tickets. vi. The amount of refund shall be reimbursed online into the same account of the Debit/Credit Card through which the transaction was made for booking of the tickets.

In case of Bad weather/Technical reason, user is requested to get his/her Helicopter Ticket stamped from the concerned helicopter authority and to submit the same to the Enquiry and Reservation Section, Shakti Bhawan, Niharika, Katra for processing the same for refund. The Refunds shall be made online in due course of time into the respective card accounts of the devotees.

Online booking on the official website of SMVDSB can be done maximum 30 days and minimum 04 days in advance from the date of journey/ booking. The online booking opens exactly 30 days in advance at 10 AM hours.

No request for reservation shall be entertained either through email or against Demand draft.

All passengers must carry original valid Photo ID and Address Proof without which boarding will be denied. Passport/ Driving Licence/ Voters ID/ PAN card or Credit Card with Photo.

Any dispute relating to or arising out of all or any one of the above stated terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive Jurisdiction of Courts at Katra /Reasi.
