IMPLEMENTING EUROPEAN STANDARDS

IN AGRITOURIST FARMS

N. ŢANE1 W. THIERHEIMER1

Abstract: The paper presents some possibilities to optimize the activity in

agritourist farms, by increasing both the quality of processing and the quality
management. It analyses the theoretical and practical conception of the
notion of quality as well as the possibilities of adaptation to the small farm
necessities.

Key words: food quality, agritourist farm, quality management.
