Dart Valve
In the fig 1.1, level measuring device is composed of special level measuring instrument, measuring support, floating component and sprinkler and so on. The measuring device submits the signal of 4~20mA; Sub-Controller is installed in the field operating panel to receive the input signal of measuring instrument. Main controller outputs the control signal according to the level setting value, driving pneumatic.

1 Introduction
Flotation Level Automatic Control System is composed of special flotation level measuring device, pneumatic regulating valve and controller. It is used to control every flotation banks level automatically to ensure process stable, improve concentrate grade and recovery rate and meet the demands of process indicators.
BGRIMM AUTOMATION
2 Installation
Level measuring device is installed on the flotation cell. The operating panel is installed beside intermediate (tail) box, close to the level measuring device. Pneumatic actuator is installed on the intermediate (tail) box, and it realize the level automatic control with the help of pneumatic regulating valve. Please see Level Control System Installation Manual for further details.
Power Supply: Instrument Power AC 220V, Frequency 50Hz Power: The capacity of every Field Panel: 1A The capacity of PLC control cabinet: 5A
2.1.1
Gas Supply requirement 1. 2. 3. Work pressure0.6~0.7MPa Air Consumption : 3600L/h Each pneumatic actuator Gas-source Temperature: Dry Gas Purification under working pressure is at least 10 lower than the lowest ambient temperature 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Oil Content: Not more than 8mg/m3 Dust Content0.1g/ m3, Particle size is not greater than 10m Gas-Supply Pipe: DN15 galvanized pipe The gas-supply should set up a filtering and reducing device Instrument gas-source is supplied near the pneumatic regulating valve, and the connecting pipe is no longer than 1 meter.
2.1.1
Water-Supply requirement 1. 2. 3. Water-Supply Pressure: 0.01MPa Water-Supply Flow : 1.0m3/h It connects by rubber pipe between rinsing source and sprinkler.

3 Operation
3.1 Preparatory Work before Boot
1. Check whether the cable plug of pulp level measuring device is firm 2. Check whether the floating components are clean. 3. Check whether the sprinkler is normal. 4. Check whether the gas-supply hand valve and every component for gas supply pipeline are normal. 5. The Manual / automatic ball valve of pneumatic actuator should be closed. 6. Hand wheels screw rod should be separated from the cylinder piston stem, and returned in sleeve completely. 7. Check whether the signal cables and power cable connect correctly. Refer to external wiring drawing. 8. Check whether the external wiring of PLC control cabinet is correct.

4 Troubleshooting
4.1 BlackoutGas Stop
When the power is out, the sub-controller does not have output signal (4mA), and then the pneumatic regulating valve will be back to original position. After power-on, the output of sub-controller is zero (4mA), so level need to be regulated manually over again. After the level is in stable, it will be switched into automatic mode. When gas supply stops in the state of field manual mode or remote manual mode, pneumatic regulating valve would be automatically locked to the current position. If in the state of automatic mode, it should be switched into the field manual mode or remote manual mode. After restoration of gas supply, it should manually regulate the dart valve into suitable position once again. After level is in stable, it can enter into the auto mode.
BGRIMM AUTOMATION damage. The parameters do not modify it at random. After using, close and lock the outside door of the field operating panel to prevent corrosive gases and dust from being into the operating panel and even causing electrical fault.
