Dr. Paritosh Basu has served the corporate world for about thirty-four years. He was the Group Controller of Essar Group recently till June, 2013, preceded by the CFO of Reliance Communications Ltd. till August, 2008. Presently he is a full time Senior Professor of the School of Business Management, NMIMS University, Mumbai and engaged in many research and consulting activities. He holds a Master degree and was awarded Ph. D. on Transfer Pricing by the Calcutta University in 1999. He is a fellow member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Dr. Basus experience in MNCs spans over a wide spectrum of functional areas, across continents and countries: Corporate finance, treasury, strategic planning and controlling, accounting and reporting under IGAAP and IFRS, risk management, governance, management audit, etc. in MNC and conglomerate environment, Mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, IPO and listing in overseas and domestic stock exchanges, FCCBs and other overseas loan market transactions; Extensive IT enablement of operations, accounting and reporting with multiple systems development and integration. One of his software is presently under the process of patent registration in India and the USA; Mentoring, learning management, teaching and training. He is associated with management education for about twenty-three years. He was a regular visiting faculty member of the Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management, Kolkata and NMIMS, Mumbai for about six years each. He has conducted numerous management training programmes for Professional Institutes, Universities, IIM, Chambers of Commerce and Corporate Houses. He has presented and publsihed score of papers, case studies and conducted workshops in national and international level summits, conferences and conventions. He has also participated in many programmes of national level electronic media. Dr, Basu has travelled widely in India and abroad. He was a member of the Research Committee of Central Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2010-11 and 2012-13. Presently he is a member of the Advisory Boards of a Business School in Bengaluru, a monthly magazine for business professionals, published from Hyderabad and an independent director of Future Sharp Skills Ltd.

Tata Power Strategic Engineering Division (Tata Power SED) designs and produces defense systems and boasts of many prestigious partnerships including ones with the Indian army and the Indian Air force. Raghu has close to 15 Years of experience in the areas of ERP Consulting & IT. Prior to joining Tata Power SED, Raghu has been with Organizations like PwC, Oracle & Capgemini, where he has worked on large scale ERP Implementation & Support assignments cutting across geographies such as India, Asia-Pacific and Europe. He is an MBA & CFA (ICFAI). He has been recipient of an award at theTop 100 CISO Awards 2011 & has been a Finalist at the Top 100 CIO Awards 2012.

Dr. Faraz Farishta, Consultant Physician, Sparsh Diabetes Center Faraz is trained and experienced in Diabetic Care, including a fellowship from John Hopkins University and Joslin Diabetic Center. He is an active member of several physician organizations, consultant to several diabetic centers and presents prolifically in national and international meetings and conferences.

Mr. C.M. Faiz Ibrahim Mohamed, Director, HKBK Group of Institutions Mr. CM Faiz, son of Mr. CM Ibrahim, the former civil aviation minister of India, is a business management graduate from Manchester University, with specialization in the field of finance and international business. He had his primary education in Karnataka & later on went to the UK to pursue for his masters in management. CM Faiz worked for a couple of years in the UK before returning back to his country. He worked as the Chief Operations & Marketing Director of UK based company. A commercially savvy management professional and a successful entrepreneur in his own right, he has strong leadership qualities coupled with hands-on networking ability that has enabled him to build multiple related ventures in the field of construction, education and the software industry. As the Director of HKBK Group of Institutions, his major roles are to define and initiate projects, look after the overall activities of the Group, while working to ensure the ultimate success of the work. He is also involved actively in the all the day-to-day activities of HKBK college of Engg. which comes under the HKBK group of institutions, where another 3 institutions are functioning.

Prof. Pavan Mamidi, Associate Professor, IIM, Ahmedabad / Affiliated Faculty Member, Program on the Legal Profession at Harvard Law School Pavan K. Mamidi, Research Fellow, MIT, USA, is specialized in dynamics of innovation management and its application to Hi-tech industries. After graduating from Harvard Law School, he has been working as a permanent faculty member at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB), where he applies the disciplines of law and economics to science, technology, and innovation policy and management. In addition to teaching and research, he has been providing consultancy services to projects related to intellectual property and innovation with leading companies. Currently, he is a visiting scholar at MIT Sloan School of Management and a visiting professor at the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor. He has also lectured at Cambridge in England. His background in philosophy, mathematics and law lends him an interest in the integration of history of ideas in science and technology with legal and policy analysis, embodied in his research in Intellectual Property and Economics of Innovation.
