Terms & Conditions: Labour work as per following items: Minor excavation /dressing as required at all levels & all types of soil Laying 23cm dry rubble stone soiling including hand packing & compacting. Laying PCC & plum concrete for foundation, including, dressing of surface/sides dewatering compacting finishing, curing etc .as per the direction of engineer incharge. Casting of Footing foundation / Retaining wall with shuttering, strutting, shoring Compacting, finishing, curing etc. Backfilling all around the footing with approved soil & in proper manner. Laying of all type PCC & RCC at all height / depth including compacting finishing curing.etc. all complete. Providing & doing all type of centering & shuttering work at all height / depth with PVC coated GI binding wire. Straightening, cutting, bending & binding in position of mild / tor reinforcement Confirming to IS 432 for mild & 1786 for tor or any steel supplied to correct shape & Size as per detailed drawings, specifications & approved bar bending Schedules for All reinforcement concrete work in substructure & superstructure such as footing Wall, columns, plinth beams slabs, chhajjas, pardi, UG tank,OH tank etc. with correct size concrete cover blocks of same grade as of concrete & binding wire of 18 Gauge, at all location, levels & height completed to the satisfaction of the Engineer. Hacking of concrete surface wherever necessary. The rate includes for the construction of RCC underground tanks and overhead tanks as per the drawings without any extra payment. Dewatering should be carried out at your end without extra payment dewatering pump to be brought by us; pump if damaged due to negligence shall be deducted from your bill. Laying all internal & external brick / block works in depth including RCC band wherever necessary. Applying all internal & external (Sand faced plaster in 2 coat)cement plaster in required proportion and thickness including all necessary scaffolding, curing, making band, grooves, curves, drip mouldings etc .all complete Fixing of door / window (marble or Granite)frame at all height fixed in of various sizes.

Terms & condition Sufficient number of experienced Supervisors should be available at site During the progress of the work. Reconciliation of cement shall be done every 15 Day. Mobilization period would be 7 days after getting the confirmed work order. Time of completion Total 4 month from the date of confirmed work order ,Contractor has to submit detailed bar chart, within 7 days from signing of work order. Payments shall be made as per progress as per annexure D. Payments of bills will be made 15 days from date of submission of bill. Also the minimum Amount of bill payable should be Rs 2, 00,000/- (Two lakh only) or as per mode of payment No extra items will be entertained for any reason unless prior approval is taken from us with detailed rate analysis/ Justification. Contractor has to provide form finish shuttering for slabs, steel shuttering (Acrow span, Acrow props etc.) to be used. Rate escalation will not be given under any circumstances. The work will be carried out in stages as per permission & approvals. Retention money @5% shall be recovered from the bills and 50% of same shall be refunded after virtual completion subject to deduction if any & balance 50% shall be paid after deducted liability period of one year is over. The work shall be carried out as per the drawings issued from time to time and as per Directions of the Our Architect, RCC consultant, Service consultant and our Engineers at site. Since you are the main civil contractor, you should co- ordinate and co- operate fully with Other agencies employed by the us. All the works should be carried out as per the ISI & Consultants specifications.

Penalty Any delay caused beyond the completion date as agreed upon shall make the contractor liable for penalty @ 1,000/- per day, which shall be without prejudice to the right remedies of the employers to terminate this work order. On termination the employer shall be entitled to claim 10% of the consideration amount as damages. However, if for any reason the said work entrusted to the contractor is delayed on account of the factors beyond the control of the contractor then in that event the contractor shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time as upon be, mutually agreed, otherwise the balance work shall be carried out by other agency at contractors risk and cost. You shall make all measures required as per labour regulation and other local laws. You will be entirely responsible for all the labour employed by you. We shall not be held responsible for any claim arising out of damage /loss/injury death of whatsoever nature to any workman of yours during execution of works at site.

Retention Retention @5% shall be deducted from each running bill. 50% of retention (2.5%) shall be released along with final bill & balance 50% on completion of 12 month from date of final certificate. Subsequently, all the invoice in respect of this contract work shall be quoted PAN No.Please contact Engg-in-charge for commencement and schedule of work. Failure to adhere to the quality of workmanship and agreed schedule of completion will make you liable for penalty as per companys rule. Safety You will provide safety measures required to your workman, our staff, and visitors and passerby. Wearing helmet, life belts are compulsory for your workman. You will be responsible for any endanger to the extent death caused to your workmen, staff & other due to falling of material from higher level & also fall of workman & staff from a height due to negligence or by accident.
