Provide Life Coach/Mentoring guidance in helping them to make positive changes as well as refer them to referral sources for job training, employment and other social service agencies. 2011/Present Constable Precinct 4 Work in correlation with constables office who refer At Risk Youth and Adults to our organization for courses/counseling or life coaching in anger management domestic violence drug/alcohol, court mandated, juvenile delinquent, bullied or bullying are truant and who need family/ parental guidance or other resources along with working with the constables conducting a neighborhood watch and assisting them by reporting criminal activity. 2010/Present Cheyenne Treatment Center Facilitate and provide Life coach/ Mentoring and motivational presentation to inpatient men who are parolees residing at Cheyenne Center mandated by Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Harris County Jail Chaplain and Group Facilitator Facilitate Anger management, domestic violence and NA/AA meetings. Held inspirational and motivational group meetings with inmates within the county jail regarding making positive choices, decisions and changing their behaviors in order to avoid relapsing and re-incarceration along with sharing my personal experiences and journey to recovery. March 2010- December 2010 Lee Counseling Service, Group Facilitator Facilitated individuals who have mental disabilities and dual diagnosis. Discussed inspirational and motivational uplifting topics, listened to my personal CD/DVDs of group, radio and TV talks. Provided aerobic, drama and art/craft exercises along with giving out monthly nominated awards to individuals who have been exceptional etc.
