Interdit aux ACFT non munis de radio Eviter le survol des villes de FORT-de-FRANCE et de DUCOS, de la raffinerie de la SARA, du centre pnitentiaire de DUCOS (Champigny) et de lhpital de la MEYNARD, tablissement portant les marques distintives dinterdiction de survol basse altitude. Eviter le survol de la zone militaire au Sud de la piste et de la cit de lair au nord de la piste. Prsence de nombreuses rserves naturelles (voir ENR 5.6). Pour des raisons de scurit les hlices doivent tre stoppes pendant les escales.

Prohibited for ACFT not equipped with radio Avoid overflying FORT-de-FRANCE and DUCOS towns, SARA oil raffinery and DUCOS jail (Champigny) and hospital la MEYNARD, establishment with distintive marks for prohibited overflying at a low altitude. GNRALITS

GENERAL

1.1 Les procdures qui suivent sont conues pour viter un bruit excessif sur et aux abords de lAroport. Les propritaires ou exploitants daronefs qui ne sont pas en mesure dappliquer ces prescriptions doivent soumettre pour approbation au commandant darodromes celles quils ont lintention dadopter. 1.2 Pour tous les avions le survol du secteur Fort de France - Schoelcher est viter. Il est interdit au-dessous de 3000 ft ASFC. 1.3 Le survol des agglomrations de St Esprit, Ducos et Lamentin est interdit au-dessous de 1500 ft ASFC pour les avions monomoteurs pistons et 3000 ft pour les avions turbine(s). 2 PROCDURES DE DCOLLAGE ET DE DPART 2.1.1 Avions de tous types

1.1 The following procedures are intended for avoiding excessive noise on and in the vicinity of the Airport. Aircraft owners or operators unable to apply these prescriptions must submit the measures they intend to take, to the aerodrome manager for approval. 1.2 For all aircraft, avoid overflying the Fort de France - Schoelcher sector. It is prohibited below 3000 ft ASFC. 1.3 Overflying the towns of St Esprit, Ducos and Lamentin is prohibited below 1500 ft ASFC for single piston engine aircraft, and 3000 ft for turbine aircraft. 2 TAKE-OFF AND DEPARTURE PROCEDURES 2.1.1 All types of aircraft

2.1 IFR - Utilisation des SID

Les trajectoires prvues doivent tre suivies (selon les mesures oprationnelles propres chaque aronef) de manire atteindre le plus rapidement possible laltitude de 3000 ft. Elles doivent tre suivies de faon trs prcise sauf accord exceptionnel du contrle une modification de trajectoire. 2.1.2 Avions turbines Les pilotes doivent, outre les dispositions prcdentes, utiliser les procdures de monte initiale suivantes : - dcollage, - configuration et vitesse de monte pente maximale jusqu 1500 ft au-dessus du niveau de larodrome, - 1500 ft rduction au rgime normal de monte initiale, - 3000 ft acclration progressive jusqu la vitesse de monte en route avec rentre de volets suivant la procdure habituelle. 2.2 VFR 2.2.1 Tour de piste Le tour de piste au Nord de laxe est interdit durant la nuit aronautique. De jour il sera accorde exceptionnellement pour des besoins dentranement notamment sans toutefois survoler la raffinerie de la SARA et la ville du Lamentin. 2.2.2 Travail arien

2.1 IFR - SID use The scheduled routes should be followed (according to the operational measures specific to each aircraft), in order to reach the 3000 ft altitude as soon as possible. Unless exceptional agreement from the air control for a route modification, they should be strictly observed. 2.1.2

Turbine aircraft

In addition to the above provisions, pilots must apply the following initial climbing procedures: - take-off, - configuration and climbing speed with maximum slope up to 1500 ft above the aerodrome level, - at 1500 ft reduction to initial climb normal rating, - at 3000 ft gradual acceleration up to the en route climbing speed with flap retraction according to the usual procedure. 2.2 VFR 2.2.1 Traffic pattern Circling North of the axis is prohibited during the aeronautical night. At day time, it may exceptionally be permitted, specially for training requirements, but avoiding overflying the SARA refinery and the town of Le Lamentin. 2.2.2 Air work Aircraft performing agricultural landfill are not allowed to depart from the minimum overflight height rules except during landfilling periods only. 3 GROUND POWER SUPPLY The period using engines as a power supply source during stops should be minimum. The use of ground APUs should be preferred.

Dangers la navigation arienne Tout au long de lanne, risque dintrusion de chiens errants sur lAD et plus particulirement sur la piste. - Concentration doiseaux aux abords de la piste. -Activit dpandage agricole sur lensemble de la Martinique. Prudence recommande lest des RDL 150/330 FOF de SR 1400 et de 1900 SS. Procdures et consignes particulires viter le survol des les suivantes moins de 1000 ft : Petite Martinique, lets Boisseau, Loup Garou, Madame, La Grotte, Petit Saint Vincent. Plan de vol : les exploitants des ACFT dun poids suprieur 2 tonnes doivent obligatoirement mentionner leur nom et adresse en case 18 de leur plan de vol ou remplir le formulaire leur disposition. Se renseigner au BDP. Les circuits basse hauteur sont autoriss dans les conditions suivantes: - De SR SS hauteur minimale 300 ft ASFC. - Prsence obligatoire dun instructeur bord. VFR spcial MNM VFR spcial de jour seulement: VIS >ou= 1500 m (ACFT) VIS >ou= 800 m (HEL). Activits particulires Voltige arienne: - LAMENTIN, la verticale de la piste, axe 093/273 de 2000 ft 5000 ft -MACABOU, dans le sud est de lle, axe 074/274 de 2000 ft 5000 ft. Activit relle annonce sur FORT DE FRANCE ATIS 127.85. Parachutage occasionnel au-dessus de lhippodrome de CARRERE. Activit annonce par NOTAM et sur lATIS (ENR 5.3.1). Activit PUL dans le Sud de lle. Activit hydro-ULM dans le Sud et dans le Nord Ouest de lle. Consignes particulires de panne de radiocommunication Panne de radiocommunication en VFR: - Afficher A 7600. - Si la clairance dintgration a t reue, le pilote doit suivre les dernires instructions qui lui ont t dlivres et poursuivre jusqu latterrissage en surveillant les instructions complmentaires qui peuvent tre transmises par la TWR par signaux visuel. - Si la clairance dintgration na pas t reue, le pilote effectue, si les circonstances le permettent, un passage 1500 ft verticale de la TWR cap au sud 270 et sintgre aprs un virage de 270 par la gauche (piste 09) ou virage de 270 par la droite( piste 27) en dbut de vent arrire en laissant la priorit aux aronefs prsents dans le circuit et en surveillant les instructions complmentaires qui peuvent lui tre transmises de la TWR par signaux visuels.

Low height circuits are permitted according to the following conditions: - From SR to SS minimum height 300 ft ASFC. - An instructor on board is mandatory. Special VFR MNM special VFR on the day time only: VIS >or= 1500 m (ACFT) VIS >or= 800 m (HEL). Special activities Acrobatic activities: - LAMENTIN, overhead the RWY, axis 093/273 from 2000 ft to 5000 ft. - MACABOU, in the south east of island, axis 074/274 from 2000 ft to 5000 ft. Activity announced on FORT DE FRANCE ATIS 127.85. Occasional parachuting over CARRERE hippodrome. Parachuting activity announced by NOTAM and on ATIS (ENR 5.3.1). PUL activity in the South of Island. Hydro-ULM activity in the South and in the North West of the Island. Special radiocommunication instructions Radiocommunication failure in VFR: - Squawk A7600. - If the clearance to enter the aerodrome pattern has been received, the pilot must comply with the latest instructions delivered, and continue until the landing, monitoring the complementaries instructions that can be transmitted by visual signal from the TWR. - If no clearance to enter the aerodrome pattern has been received, the pilot perform, if it is possible, a TWR overfly heading south at 1500 ft and join the beginning of downwind leg after a 270 left turn (RWY 09) or a 270 right turn (RWY 27), giving way to the ACFT in the pattern and monitoring the complementaries instructions that can be transmitted by visual signal from the TWR.
