Issuance of Sanction order related to Mobile Re-imbursement, Internet, and Higher Qualification to employees, Cash award to Employees ward. I.T & PT Deduction & Reports Return of Gr,B,C,D Employees

3. Processing of Leave orders of GR. A,B,C& D Employees 4. Manpower Record(HRIS) a. Maintaining sanctioned Vs Occupied reports b. Sending reports to Head Quarters 5. Office Management a. Maintenance of Service book & Personal Files of Gr,B,C,& D and Reference File of Gr-A Employees b. Stationery & Liveries Management c. Management of Courier Dak, Diary & Dispatch. d. Printing, Distribution and keeping track of ACR, APR & KPA.
