INCI NAME Sorbitan Oleate Decylglucoside Crosspolymer CAS NUMBER 1443994-56-6 LISTINGS REACH Polymer Exempt Poly SugaMulse D9 is a PEG-free, nonionic fragrance solubilizer made from 100% biobased raw materials. It is hydrophilic, freely soluble or dispersible in water, and soluble in varying degrees in organic liquids. Poly SugaMulse D9 is used for oil-in-water (O/W) emulsification, dispersion or solubilization of fragrances and all types of oils. It is compatible with nonionic, cationic and anionic surfactants and is effective in systems with relatively high levels of electrolyte, acid, or base. Poly SugaMulse D9 is an excellent solubilizer for fragrances in water-only and waterand-surfactant systems. Poly SugaMulse D9 compares favorably to ethoxylated materials (such as Tween 20) in both ease-of-use and use levels. Poly SugaMulse D9 may also be used as a co-emulsifier in the formulation of creams and lotions. BIODEGRADABILITY Poly SugaMulse D9 is readily biodegradable. FRAGRANCE SOLUBILITY Test: 1 gram oil in 99 grams water, heated to 40C. Solubilizer titrated in 0.5% increments with 5-minute mix time between increments until clear mixture obtained. Results below.

STORAGE / HANDLING It is recommended that Poly SugaMulse D9 be stored in sealed containers at temperatures not exceeding 120F (49C). Poly SugaMulse D9 is shipped in 55 gallon openhead poly drums (net weight 450 lb/204 kg). Typical shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture.
