Date: 06 January 2010 Time: 08:15 AM Entry No.: 15 Page: 15 Series of 2010 Blotter Book FOR RECORD PURPOSES One Mr. Julito Galvez, 30 yrs old, a habal-habal driver and a resident of Barangay Atabay, Ayungon, Negros Oriental appeared and reported to this office that at around 8:00 oclock this morning, while he was driving his motorcycle at a road in Sitio Lawayan, Barangay Atabay, Ayungon, Negros Oriental, he was flagged down by a suspicious person who was carrying a bag which he believed contained a firearm. He came to a stop and managed to act calmly and denied said person his request to transport him to Barangay Kilaban saying that he is heading towards Poblacion, Ayungon. Immediately, he proceeded towards this Office to report said incident and requested for assistance. Date: 06 January 2010 Time: 10:30 AM Entry No.: 16 Page: 16 Series of 2010 Blotter Book ---In Relation to Blotter Entry No. 15--At about 8:30 this morning, upon receipt of the report of One Julito Galvez, as recorded in Police Blotter Entry No 15, the PNP elements in the person of SPO2 Devey Mahinay Romblon and PO3 Jojo Zuniega Ypanto of this station immediately investigated and proceeded to the place indicated. Per investigation conducted and upon their arrival thereat, they inquired from a bystander therein about the presence of such suspicious looking person and were informed that the said person has already left following the trail leading to Barangay Kaliban, Ayungon. Thereupon, they pursued the suspect and caught up with him after walking for about a kilometer.

Then and there they saw the suspect slinging his firearm and also carried a back pack. That at about ten (10) meters they ordered him to stop and at the same time informed said person of their authority as police officers and told him to raise his hands and which he did. They then approached him and confiscated from him the firearm and inquired from him whether he has authority to possess the same but could not give any license to possess. Thereupon, they effected an arrest and read to him his constitutional rights. Upon inquiry on his identity, said person revealed his name as Juny Cristobal alias Boboy, 31 years old, married and a resident of Barangay Inayawan, Kawayan, Negros Occidental.
That they arrested said Juny Cristobal y Taguan @ Boboy in flagrante delicto for possession of one (1) piece of Ingram MII cal. 9 magnum with serial number 748890 with trademark: COBRAY; INGRAM MII CAL. 9MM PAR MILITARY ARMAMENT CORP MARRIETA GA, 30062 USA with one (1) empty magazine.

After duly marking the same, they brought said Juny Cristobal alias Boboy to the Police station of Ayungon, Negros Oriental. Items mentioned above are carefully handled by said arresting officers hereof and
