As a Project Engineer (Site) at BHARAT OMAN OIL REFINERIES LIMITED, Jamnagar

(Gujrat) from 2nd June 2008 to till date.

UEM is an international multi-disciplined environmental services company specialized in

providing turnkey design and construction services in water and wastewater treatment for
industries and municipalities.

UEM Group provides complete, single source services ranging from engineering and design
to construction and installation of water, wastewater and solid waste treatment facilities.

JOB PROFILE:
• Tank fabrication, Erection, Piping, Pump Erection.
• Prepare IMIR of incoming material such as MS Plates, Pipes. Puddles, Electrodes
Structural Material, Inspection Test Plan & Job Procedure for Tank Fabrication &
Erection.
• Selection of Electrodes for Welding.
• Prepare of WPS, PQR & Other Documents.
• Prepare Bar Binding Schedule as per Civil Drawing.
• Check Co-relation in Civil & Mechanical Drawing.
• Inspection of Layout Civil Structure as per Drawing with the help of Thoedolite & Level
Machine.
• Inspection of Painting, Short blasting.
• Co-ordination with the Client, Engg. Dept, Purchase Dept,Logistics Dept., Accounts
Dept.and Top management.
• Basic Engineering & Detail Engineering for ongoing WTP, ETP, STP Plants.
• Selection of rotating equipments, like pumps, Blowers, Compressors etc.
• Perform head loss Calculation Pipe size calculations.
• Prepare Bill Of Material for Erection.
• Prepare BOQ for Valves, Pipes & fittings. & G.A. Drawings of all equipments.
• Incorporate the comments & Prepare the comment response sheet for the Drgs likes
Plant lay out ,P&ID & GA Drgs
• Prepare Valve schedule & Pipe schedule, WPS, PQR etc.
• Evaluate Technical offer from the vendors for all mechanical equipments.
• Pipe design (pipe thickness & size calculation ) for steam & fuel lines..
• Pump head loss calculation.
• Prepare BOQ of pipe and fittings, structural detail of ISA, ISMB, ISMC, ISHT, ISST,
Plates.
• Float the inquiry and check the vendor quotations of various items.
• Techno – commercial discussion with vendor.
• Coordination with client regarding queries.
• Check the various types of P& ID, Piping layouts and G.A drawings prepared by
draftman in fuel handling system.
• Prepare MRC of material at site.
• Prepare Protocols of various works done at site.
• Coordination with various departments.
• Familiar with various National & International code and standards like-IS ASME, BIS,
ANSI.ASTM, and API.
2) I have already worked in UEM India LTD as a Supervisor Mechanical from
20 May 2002 to 12 Apr 2004.
QUALIFICATION:
Completed DIPLOMA in Mechanical Engineering specialization in maintenance from
GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC BIJNOR under the aegis of Board of Technical Education
Uttar Pradesh. With aggregate 70.0% in year 2008.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIOIN:
• Intermediate Passed (PCM) from U.P. Board Allahabad in 2001, with first division with
64% from R.J.P. Inter College Bijnor
• High School Passed (PCM) from U.P. Board Allahabad in 1998, with first division. With
67% from D.J. Inter College Heempur Deepa, Bijnor.
