I, Nakkala Venkata Subbaiah, S/o.Late Nagaiah, aged about 55 years,
Lorry Cleaner, R/o.Kunkalamarru Village, Karamchedu Mandal, Prakasam
District., do hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:I am a 3rd party to this proceedings and petitioner herein. I know the facts
of the case.
I submit that I filed a petition before the VIIth Addl. District Judge Court,
Ongole, claiming compensation for the injuries sustained by me in a motor
accident. The Police filed charge sheet against the driver of the Auto b.No.
AP 27 Y 3178, who caused the accident and all the necessary documents are filed
into this court. I am advised to file the certified copies of F.I.R, Wound
Certificate, Rough Sketch and Charge Sheet and to prove the negligence of driver
and also my case. The documents mentioned in the Copy Application are very
essential and necessary to prove the contents of the O.P. Since I am a 3 rd party to
these proceedings, I need permission of this Honble Court to obtain the certified
copies. Hence I am filing this application.
It is therefore prayed that this Honble Court may be pleased to permit me
to obtain the certified copies mentioned in the copy application and pass
necessary orders in the interest of justice. Else, I will be put to irreparable loss
and injustice.
