Dutch Bangla Bank Ltd #o produce skilled banker, only theoretical kno"ledge in the field of banking studies is not sufficient. 0n academic course of the study has a great !alue "hen it has practical application in real life situation. %o - need proper application of my kno"ledge to get some benefit from my theoretical kno"ledge to make it more tactful. 8hen - engage myself in such fields to make proper use of my theoretical kno"ledge in my practical life situation. %uch an application is made possible through practical orientation in banks. 8hen theoretical kno"ledge is obtained from a course of study at only the half "ay of the sub9ect matter. #he report suffers from the follo"ing limitations3 #he main constraint of the study "as inade2uate time. #ime is a main factor to understand the "ide range banking acti!ities. #he duration of our orientation "as not enough to co!er all aspects of banking.
