Folders are containers of documents. There are several types of folders. The choice of a type will depend on your contents.
1st level
First entity, located at the root of the website. Will be displayed in the navigation menu.
2nd level

Similar to a journals print issue. Suitable for a chronological online publishing. Specific to digital publishing, suitable for an online thematic publishing. Contains news: Colloquium announcements, Call for papers, etc. Contains website presentations Contains biographical presentations as, for instance, the editorial team. Contains photo libraries, sound libraries, etc.

Upload announcements (colloquium, seminar, call for papers, etc.) Upload reviews (books, films, thesis, colloquium, etc.) This type is used for information documents: journal's presentation, committees, contacts, subscription, etc.

NOTE COMMENT
This type is used for short texts via the interface (no upload). This type is used to add a comment linked to an article.
PERSONS
BIOGRAPHICAL PRESENTATION
This type is used to describe a person, for instance, the members of the editorial team.
