Open a silver jump ring (Basics). Attach two bronze jump rings Attach half of a clasp and close to the silver ring. Attach two the jump ring. silver rings, then two bronze rings as shown.
Turn the jump-ring unit upside down. Grasping the first pair of bronze jump rings, splay the silver rings and the second pair of bronze rings so they appear as four interlocking circles.

Supplies
Note: I used aluminum jump rings; I refer to them as bronze and silver for convenience. The quantities below make a 7-in. (18 cm) bracelet.
111 18-gauge, 3 16 -in. (4.8 mm) inside-diameter (ID) jump rings, 5 4 bronze, 57 silver (Blue Buddha Boutique, 866.602.7464, bluebuddhaboutique.com; bronze, $4.50 for 100; silver, $3 for 100) toggle clasp 2 pairs of chainnose pliers
a Attach two silver jump rings to the previous pair of splayed bronze rings.

Tips
Use an awl to help you lift and separate the jump rings. If you get confused, remember that you will always attach a pair of jump rings to a pair in a different color (i.e., youll attach a silver pair to a bronze pair, and vice versa).
Attach two bronze jump rings to the previous pair of splayed silver rings. (The seven pairs of jump rings make one byzantine link.)

Repeat steps 4 to 7 until the bracelet is within 1 in. (2.5 cm) of the finished length.
Attach one or two jump rings and the remaining half of the clasp.
