Identifying Strength and Weakness Leadership Trait Questionnaire (LTQ) was used to measure characteristics of mine and to find the strength and weakness. The questionnaire was filled by myself and five people who were familiar (my colleagues and team mate in my office) with me. The 5 likert scale was used in the questionnaire to measure the different questions with 1= strongly disagree and 5= strongly agree with the statement of question. The purpose of the study was to find the strength poses by me and to make an action plan to overcome the weakness seen on the study

Action Plan to overcome Weakness In order to overcome my weakness that have been discovered from the questionnaire, I have developed following plan: I have a habit not to collect data, facts and figure, information for solving problem, This I need to improve through asking helps from colleagues and experts, reading materials and find new way solving problem
