SHIRE PHARMACEUTICALS - MA, Ireland, Nyon, Switzerland, Basingstoke, UK Site Leader - Global Supply Chain Operations, Planning & Strategy New functional head role that developed the supply chain strategy in support of site objectives, ensuring strong functional and site alignment. Led process improvements at all three Mfg. facilities and achieved 25% revenue growth in two years to $1.5B in the Rare Disease business unit (six direct reports, 220 indirect). Managed $70M in efficient spend and optimized $300M in inventories for enzyme replacement therapies.

2012 to 2014
