Hire-Purchase

Under this Offer, BIG TV CPE & required accessories will be made available by company to any customer with said EMI for 12 months subject to other conditions including direct debit of EMI to his/her subscription account and payment of first installment in advance. This Offer is available after due verification of the customer and at the discretion of BIG TV & decision of company will be final. Smart card remains the property of company. In case the customer fails to pay EMI for two consecutive months during the hire purchase tenure, BIG TV has the right to re-possess all the Customer Premise equipment. In the event of Hire Purchase Agreement being terminated by either of the parties, before the actual completion of the tenure, for any reason whatsoever, the Customer shall immediately return the CPE to Reliance BIG TV in good working condition (normal wear and tear accepted), subject to the following conditions: The Customer shall bear all costs and expenses incurred by Reliance BIG TV including any costs in relation to termination of this agreement and repossession of the CPE. The Customer shall be liable to pay to Reliance BIG TV all EMIs becoming due till the date of re-possession of the CPE. No transfer and / or shifting allowed without prior permission of Big TV during hire-purchase period. Any transfer / re-location done by company will be on chargeable basis as per company policy. All other charges are as per company policy.
