6. POSITION PURPOSE:
The main purpose of this position is to prospect medium and small size projects; negotiate sales terms; dispatch project requirements into different team members to end the process fully with proper follow up on installation, collection and after sales service contracts.

7. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

Drives market prospection and Sales effort for Medium and Small Projects (new or existing customers) Acts as the Relationship Managers: Accountable (KPIs) on sales figures, volumes, and profitability by project and he should ensure that operational support teams are delivering the best service for his project. Act as the main contact interface with the customer and should, at all times, know the exact status of their project. c. Negotiates Medium and Small projects while abiding by minimum margin thresholds d. Followsup other salesmen activity to ensure abidance to budget e. Followsup on submitted orders with the objective to secure as many Sales Orders as possible f. Responsible for the delivery commitments agreed with the customers g. Responsible for making sure that customer collection is obtained as per Sales Agreement h. Assists the AfterSales Coordinator in cross selling maintenance contracts i. Creates Leads, dispatches tasks to 22 Degree Team (sales, technical, support) j. Ensures availability of and follows up on accuracy of design and selection drawings k. Creates and manages the physical and electronic project folder ensuring availability of all required documents attached including design, sales agreement Prints and keeps a physical file of the created soft folder l. Ensures availability of an evaluation of installation costs (when applicable) to validate man days and selected subcontractors. m. Requests from Quotation Officer to prepare quotation to customer based on product selection (prepared by the Design and Selection Officer) and installation cost evaluation and relevant Price List to be used n. Validates quotation (equipment and installation) prepared by quotation and tendering officer

p. q. r. s. In case a special purchase price list is necessary, Project Sales Coordinator requests from Sourcing Officer to obtain special price list for the Project/Customer from DAME. Reverts to GM to obtain authorization in case project margin is lower than 25% (fills the Discount Authorization Form which should be reviewed and signed by the GM). In the course of the negotiation with the Customer, Project Sales Coordinator ensures that all Sales Agreement contractual clauses have been presented, understood and agreed with the customer : Delivery Schedule by item (and location), payment terms, VO process, returns, Installation conditions, etc Liaises with Sourcing Officer to ensure that the requested delivery schedule for the Project can be achieved by DAME/22 Degrees. If notified by Sales Assistant of delays in collection from customer, PS immediately chases customer for payment. Informs Chief Accountant of delay in collection and requests from Chief Accountant to escalate. Validates customer product returns as per Sales Agreement clauses (and coordinates with sourcing for availability issues).

Two to three years of experience in the field of Sales engineering.
