Report of an older white sedan parked on the street since last Thursday. Front end of the vehicle appears to be

smashed in. Narrative: Vehicle legally parked on street. Dispatch advised of active status with no wants/warrants. I spoke with a resident who reported observing vehicle, parked in various different spots, on street during past week or so. Vehicle does have front end damage and was stopped by officer of our department on 03/22/14. No issues observed, cleared. Narrative: Upon clearing, owner of vehicle came out from near-by residence. Narrative: While BOLO for vehicle, I observed the vehicle pulling out of a parking space at this location. When I stopped to let the vehicle out of the space, I observed the vehicle was the same vehicle in the BOLO. At the same time, the vehicle pulled back into the space. I immediately recognized the operator and male passenger as listed above. I observed new scrapes to the front bumper of the vehicle and silver paint transfer. I stood by for and with 121.
