Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is free to enter and is open to all social housing tenants who complete the BIGTENANTSURVEY 2014. You are not automatically entered into this prize draw and opt-in by providing your email address at the end of the survey process. By opting in and entering the prize draw, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. You can also enter this prize draw by referring this survey to 5 other people who live in social housing. The only way to refer the survey to other social housing tenants, which will entitle you to an additional entry to this competition, is to enter 5 e-mail addresses on the page presented after the completion of the survey. Before entering any e-mail addresses, you must ensure that you have the consent of the individuals in question to give us their e-mail addresses for these purposes. This page is part of big tenant survey website at www.bigtenantsurvey.co.uk. Please note that this page will not be available during the first phase of this survey. If you are among those to complete the survey at this stage you will not have the option to refer this survey to other potential participants. Therefore you will only be entered into the prize draw once (upon completion of the survey as outlined in point 1). We reserve the right to withdraw this referral feature at any time. We also reserve the right not to offer this referral page at all. If the page is not offered then you will not be able to use it to gain additional entries to this prize draw. No compensation for loss or distress will be made available if this feature is not offered or is withdrawn at any time. You will be notified by email if you are a winner. You have 30 days to claim the prize from the time we email you. If a prize is not claimed then it will remain unclaimed and will not be offered again. Entry into the prize draw is limited to one entry per person. You will only be entered if you complete the survey. You will only be able to claim a prize if you are verified by your landlord as a social housing tenant. We may in our sole decision decide as to whether any eligibility requirement has or has not been met. You must be 18 years of age or over to be eligible for this prize draw. Internet access will be required to complete the survey and therefore qualify to enter into this prize draw (if you decide to opt-in). The 2014 survey, which might be run as a series of smaller surveys, will be concluded by the 31st May 2014 and accordingly entries to the prize draw must be received by this date. Late entries and entries that are incomplete, incorrectly submitted or otherwise deficient will not be accepted. The selection of the winners will take place within 4 weeks of the survey ending. Notification will be made within 4 weeks of the survey ending. Alternative prizes to those listed are not available and cannot be requested. There are 5 separate prizes of iPad Airs TM. These are the 16GB Wi-fi only models. All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. We offer no cash alternative and winners must accept prizes in the form offered. We reserve in all cases the right to replace the stated prizes with prizes that we consider to be broadly equivalent.

10. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. In this event that person's entry will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Any malicious or manipulative attempt to influence the prize or the operation of the prize draw will result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Housing Partners Limited.

11. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided Housing Partners Limited may at its sole discretion refuse to fulfil the prizes. 12. A failure by Housing Partners Limited to enforce any one of these terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any entrant or winner, nor shall it be deemed to be a waiver of any of Housing Partners Limited's rights in relation to the same. 13. All of Housing Partners Limited's decisions relating to the prize draw and/or redemption of the prizes are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other persons will be entered into. 14. By entering the prize draw you agree that Housing Partners Limited has the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public the names and home towns of the winners for promotional purposes, together with such other information as Housing Partners Limited may agree with you. 15. Owing to circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where such circumstances make this unavoidable, Housing Partners Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. 16. In the event that any provision of these terms and conditions are held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. 17. These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
