Materials:

Waltz-step L (R) foot in fourth in front -step R (L) close to L (R) in first of third position in rear -step L (R) in fourth in front.

Step Hop - step L (R) foot in fourth in front hop on the same foot and raise the R (L) foot in front or in Rear. Step Point - step R (L) foot in fourth in front point L (R) foot in fourth in front. Step Swing - Step R (L) foot in second position - swing the R (L) across the L(R) in front Step Swing- Hop - step R (L) foot in fourth in front -Raise the L (R) knee in front -Hop on the R(L) foot at the same time swinging the L(R) foot outward StepBrush-Swing-Hop - Step R (L) foot in fourth in front, Brush L(R) foot forward and swing it across the R (L) in front Hop on the R (L) Sway balance with a Point -Step R (L) foot obliquely forward right (left) step L (R) across the R (L) ) foot in front. - step R (L) foot obliquely backward right (left), point L (R) in fourth in front. Sway balance with a Brush -Repeat the same movement as in sway balance with a point -step R(L) obliquely backward right - brush L(R) foot forward Sway balance with a close -Repeat the same movement as in sway balance with a point -step R(L) obliquely backward right - Close L(R) to R(L) in first or third position in front with the L(R) heel raised. D. Application: The teacher will give steps in Folk Dance and the students execute the steps with music.

E. Generalization: The students will enumerate the Basic step in Folk Dance and then they will execute it too. IV. EVALUATION: Group presentation of Basic steps in Philippine Folk Dance. V. AGREEMENT/ASSIGNMENT: Be ready for dancing Philippine Folk Dance such as Cariosa.
