Formal internship framework


1. Internship framework The Internship Host hereby enters into this agreement on an internship placement for the Student for the period from: to: 01/08/2014 31/10/2014

During this time, the Internship Host shall offer the Student an internship placement that provides him/her with the opportunity to build experience within the work functions that one might expect a graduate to be hired to perform. The tasks must be challengingandmatchthestudentsprofessionallevel. 2. Duty of confidentiality The Student shall be subject to a duty of confidentiality concerning any business related matters that may come to his/her knowledge in connection with the internship. The Student may discuss the contents of the internship and any contents of an internship report with his/her assigned internship supervisor. In this connection, the supervisor shall also be subject to a duty of confidentiality. Furthermore, the Student shall be subject to a duty of confidentiality concerning the report and his/her work during the time of internship. In the event that it should be required by the Internship Host, the Student and the internship supervisor shall sign a non-disclosure agreement. 3. Working conditions The Student shall work at the Internship Host under the terms and conditions of employment set out by the Internship Host. The Student shall not obtain any copyright in connection with the performance of his/her work during the time of the internship. With the exception of health care insurance, the Student shall be insured on the same terms and conditions as the other Internship Host employees for the duration of the whole internship. As a rule, the Student performs unpaid work during the internship, however, UCN will not prevent the parties hereto from making an agreement on any remuneration in connection with the internship. 4. Supervision and assessment In connection with the internship, the contact person of the Internship Host shall remain in a continuingandactivedialogueinaccordancewiththespecificationsoftheExpectationstotheInternshipbelow.Furthermore, the Internship Host is asked to fill out a standard assessment sheet regarding the internship when it is completed. 5. Termination The internship may be terminated by either party in the event that the above stipulations should be violated.
