The Member shall not be ob claims, damages, costs, expenses or liabilities arise from the negligent acts, errors, or omissions of the Fraternity, Inc., or their respective officers, agents or employees. 13. DEFAULTS & REMEDIES: In the event that the Member defaults in the performance of any of the Fraternity, may suspend or expel the Member. Any suspension or expulsion is subject to the guideline 14.
