1. DEFINITIONS Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity, Inc.

DEFAULTS & REMEDIES: In the event that the Member defaults in the performance of any of the Fraternity, may suspend or expel the Member. Any suspension or expulsion is subject to the guideline 14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT-AMENDMENTS: This Membership Agreement sets forth all the promises, c agreements between the Member, Chapter, House Corporation and Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity Inc., an understandings or agreements, shall be effective unless they are in writing and signed by both parties
