AND ARE SUSPECTED OF TAKING THREE SHIRTS FROM THE
SAID RETAIL STORE. FURTHER INTERVIEW OF THE CLERK
REVEALED THAT SHE DID NOT SEE A THEFT BUT SAW THE TAGS
FROM THE MERCHANDISE ON THE FLOOR AND ASSUMED THEY TOOK
THE SHIRTS AS SHE KNOWS THE CLERK FROM THE STORE WHO
CAUGHT ONE OF THE QUARTET STEALING IN HIS STORE.

signs of intoxication and was later arrested for driving while intoxicated after
