Jewell Lim Esposito – Jewell has 16 years of practice in Employee Benefits and Tax law. She emphasizes work on
Fiduciary Compliance, Tax Qualification of Retirement Plans, Executive Compensation, and Payroll Taxes. She
represents public, tax-exempt and government contractor clients on employee benefit matters involving qualified
retirement plans, executive compensation and payroll taxes. Her practice involves frequent interaction with the IRS, the
DOL and the Treasury Department.

John Romaska – John is a licensed employee benefits broker/consultant who specializes in working with employers who
have 100 to 5,000 employees. He focuses on providing both cost and service solutions for employers who offer medical,
prescription, dental, life, short-term disability, long-term disability and other ancillary coverages. He has extensive
experience with employers who have self-funded medical plans and has saved employers millions of dollars on their
benefits program through discount analysis and negotiations. John and his firm provide a customized approach to the
needs of their employer groups in order to meet their specific desires.

William R. Zeuner – William is a professional Financial Advisor and Certified Financial Planner™ Practitioner
dedicated to helping his clients make well-educated, informed decisions with the goal of meeting their unique and personal
financial aspirations. He focuses on comprehensive investment and retirement planning and believes a good investment
program is diversified and disciplined, balanced risk, growth and income.
