PARTICULARS INTRODUCTION The 1st Site Meeting was held on the 29th October 2010 A week has elapsed since the Main Contractor SHRW started work on the 23rd October 2010. SHRW has submitted to HNCA copies of the following: a. Plumbers license: ref: 06600- Permit no: SPAN/EKS/(PT)/800-2A(1)/10/09(281)
Chai Thin Fatt, valid till 31 Dec. 2012. b. the Electricians license: REF: 1198 reg. no. (TKL)KE/001128526P/2010 valid till 29/03/2011

The Contractor submitted his Insurance Cover Notes for Contractors All Risk PMC ref: G3349202 and Workmen Compensation ref: G3349203. PMC enquired regarding coverage for the loss of support and will enquire the Insurance Agent further in this regard. PMC shall revert in regard this matter. SHRW will be has set out works on Friday 22nd October 2010 and commenced INFO demolition and hacking of the existing floor slab. MAIN CONTRACTOR SHRW prepared a Work Schedule/Programme is presented this at the meeting. SHRW This will need to be updated as the site condition does not permit the demolition of the floor slab and excavation as planned due to the existing raft foundation. The Sub-Trade Certificates of the Electrician and the Plumber were submitted HNCA to HNCA on the 21/10/10. Copies will be scanned and emailed to respective parties. SHRW informed HNCA and PMC that the foundations are of Raft Construction SHRW during excavation of the B. Pool and the rear toilet area. They stopped the INFO excavation upon discovery to await inspection and instructions. PMC confirmed that the Sub-structural works could not proceed as designed PMC and needed to be reviewed. The Steel frames shall sit straight off the existing SHRW floor slab. Additional columns were placed to redistribute loads.

PMC reissued the details on the 26th October 2010 by fax, for the B. Pool SHRW Excavation. The whole pool is to be of concrete construction . The Air Conditioning ceiling space to the first floor Classroom. SHRW NMAC said that the Ceiling Cassette Air Cond. Unit requires 600 mm space NMAC above the ceiling. Due to height constraints, NMAC suggested to propose a shallow type of unit. He will submit details by Tuesday 2/11/10. NMAC REPORTED THAT THE Air Cond. Units availability is no issue. HNCA SHRW informed that the order must be placed to ensure delivery. The Acoustic, A/V specialists are to be confirmed by HSB for incorporation into INFO the processes. HSB shall issue advice in due course once these Artists and HSB Tradesmen are appointed. MISCELLANEOUS The following materials and colour are confirmed: INFO Toilet Floor White Horse: 13, Porcelain Tile Granite HNCA Kitchen Floor Boarder H30150 PMC - General area - H30149 Toilet and Kitchen Walls White Horse: W53041 B. Pool Top Boarder from water level DM6 (Dark Blue) - Below water DM1 (White) - to provide nosing tiles with different colour. Bottom of B. Pool to have some dark blue DM6 tiles scattered to have a depth perception. The garden wall blocks will be reviewed with the possibility of using coloured SHRW blocks of random size for construction. SHRW shall look at the difference of cost and report for confirmation. SHRW yet to report. The Provisional sums for Ironmongery and Sanitary shall be submitted officially HNCA to HSB for acceptance. Sanitary wares shall be white. The Employer shall submit his fitting out schedule by third parties and his HSB relocation program for incorporation into the Main Contractors Program to ensure smooth transition, testing and commissioning, and eventual total operation.

A meeting is scheduled for the 6th November 2010 at 2.00pm to view the Craftstone equivalent materials. (Note: This was rescheduled on Monday 1/11/10 to the 2/11/10 at 2.15pm.

NEXT MEETING THE 2nd CONTRACT MEETING The next meeting shall be on Friday 12th November 2010, at 3.00pm, at the site. Parties are to take note as no further notice shall be issued unless there is any change.
