Enhanced interpersonal and leadership skills by interacting with leaders within HES. Participated in multiple events to expand network with management and peers within corporation. Researched stranded waste streams within Upstream Operations. Evaluated current management of stranded waste streams and technology used to treat waste. Developed cohesive data compilation of information to be utilized for more efficient stranded waste disposal. Assessed current air emissions database for Downstream Operations.
