Enhanced interpersonal and leadership skills by interacting with leaders within HES. Participated in multiple events to expand network with management and peers within corporation. Researched stranded waste streams within Upstream Operations. Evaluated current management of stranded waste streams and technology used to treat waste. Overall Chair, Committee Benefiting Penn State Dance MaraTHON (2013-2014) Elected to lead Top General Organization in the fight against pediatric cancer. Demonstrates strong leadership and organizational skills by directing 100+ active members to meet goal of raising $100K within five months. Canning Trips Fundraising Chair, Committee Benefiting Penn State Dance MaraTHON (2012-2013) Elected to the executive board to lead the primary fundraising effort.
