SUMMARY
Responsible for developing new products and the systems which will be
used to produce them.
Working towards improving the efficiency and performance of existing
designs, machinery and equipment, systems and products.
Undertaken extensive research to determine whether a new product
will be cost effective. This involves using CAD to produce technical plans
and working with prototypes.
The job also involves collecting and analyzing data and producing
detailed reports for management and clients.
Spending time to communicate with Team leads & Clients regarding
ideas to clients.
Problem-solving skills, creativity, a good knowledge of design software
and the ability to work in a team as team player as well as a Leader.

COMPOSITE FAN BLADE:
OBJECTIVE:
The main objectives of this project work is,
To reduce the electric power consumption &
Cost of ceiling fan, by means of reducing the
weight of the fan blade and replacing the
material by new alternative one.
COMPOSITE FAN BLADE:
MATERIAL USED:
The following raw materials are used to
fabricate the composite ceiling fan blade.

E-Glass fibers (matt form)
Epoxy resin
Hardener
Wax

EPOXY RESIN HARDENER
WAX
E GLASS FIBER
METHODOLOGY:
Hand lay-up process (Manual)
