In this industry, people are our best asset. The latest
technology and equipment cannot replace the need for
good quality people in any organization. Our success can only
be achieved by exceeding our guests expectations and
keeping our owners and associates satisfied.

superior results for our clients. As hands-on managers and
experienced operators, we work with clients to develop
yield management strategies, tactical plans, and training on
pricing, positioning and optimizing revenue generation
opportunities in their market.

Operations
We utilize customized programs and systems
that are designed for informed decision-making.
By interpreting financial and operational statistics
with experienced, analytical skills, we are able to
make decisions that help a hotel respond proactively,
operate efficiently, and focus on revenue generation

We operate our hotels from the owners perspective, we are valuable brand partners, and we have an

We believe in making a huge investment in training
our associates to provide the WOW factor to all
of our guests. By taking care of our guests, we

Information Technology
Information is the heartbeat of an organization. Effective
information systems and industry specific technology
solutions keep our managed properties on the cutting
edge of the industry's best practices. We have complete
access to the valuable information provided by the
leading brands in the industry.
We know the Internet has a huge influence on
todays travel industry. We focus heavily on all Internet
channels to maximize a hotels exposure on the web.
Additionally, we utilize the latest channels in social
media networking, such as Facebook, Twitter, and
Trip Advisor, to maximize a hotels position.

We interview all associates and review their positions and
job descriptions to insure we have the best people in the
best position to maximize productivity and control labor

HOTEL DEVELOPMENT
NHG identifies quality development opportunities and creates profitable acquisition or
new build ventures. Our extensive experience
as owners, operators and managers gives us
the ability to determine demand generators in
a marketplace and assess how they will effect
a hotels success in that market.
Our detailed site selection process includes
a study of the market and its sources for
demand generators. We evaluate the physical
make up of a site as it pertains to accessibility
to traffic patterns, visibility, general location
and availability of resources needed to service the project.
We are able to provide exper tise at every
stage of the hotel development process, from
hotel design to grand opening.
Design
The architect is a key component to the success of the
project. We have an extensive and successful history in
working with architects specializing in the hospitality industry.
We work closely with the architect in the design stage to
insure that all brand standards are upheld and the hotel
is designed with the best use of function and esthetics.
Naples Hotel Group has extensive experience in working
with the brand standards of Hilton and Marriott limited and
select service products.
Engineering
Site and building engineering is extremely important in
todays environment. There are strict controls placed on a
buildings footprint, parking, lighting, water management,
air systems, electrical and plumbing, and all must be designed
to make the building energy efficient and guest friendly for
the life of the hotel.
Naples Hotel Group spends a great deal of time during
design to ensure all of these engineering components are
considered and carefully coordinated so that the end result is
a product with great curb appeal that operates efficiently for
the owner and operator.
Construction
The construction process requires constant monitoring and
attention. Naples Hotel Group has cultivated relationships
with experienced contractors with expertise in building the
leading brand hotels. We make sure the contractor is
involved in the design process and that they are
responsible for adhering to the brand standards of these
leaders in the industry. All of our past projects have been
completed within budget and on time. This can only be
achieved by managing this difficult process well, and by
selecting the right par tners to work with us.
Opening
A smooth opening is a result of impeccable organization and
perfect execution of a very detailed process. Prior to
opening, we will work closely with all team members and
development par tners to coordinate and complete
construction, FFE installation, cleaning, final staging, all the
way to grand opening. We implement proper training and
preparation to all staff members. We follow the franchisors
guides for all opening procedures and have great success in
achieving hotel openings with minimal to zero problems at
opening. All of our managed hotels have had 98% of the guest
rooms ready to occupy at opening.
Mike Bou-Sliman
Founder and President
Mike has been in the hospitality business
for over 20 years. He grew up in Ohio
working in restaurants as a young man.
He eventually opened his own restaurant
in Northern Ohio and successfully
owned and operated two restaurants for
over 8 years before moving to Florida.
Mike had his start in the Hotel business
in 1997 as General Manager of the
Hampton Inn in Bonita Springs, Florida.
Since then, Mike has successfully
developed 6 Hilton and Marriott limited
service hotels in Florida. Mike has gained
extensive experience in site selection,
design and full development of multiple
Hilton and Marriott limited service
hotels throughout Florida, and has been
intimately involved in the opening and
operating of these hotels over the last
13 years.
Currently, Bou-Sliman is Founder and
President of Naples Hotel Development,
LC and Naples Hotel Group, LLC.
Naples Hotel Development currently has
ownership interests in 5 Hilton and
Marriott products and acts as the Asset
Manager for all five hotels.

Partner, VP of Operations
Greg Blackwell has been in the hospitality
industry for over 23 years. In 1988, he
began as an entry-level associate at
one of the first 10 Residence Inns by
Marriott located in Oklahoma City.

To operate Hotels with a strong commitment to outstanding guest service,
by providing employees with a quality workplace environment that
promotes mutual respect towards each other and guests. We will strive to
continually improve the value of the assets we manage and provide our
owners with great financial performance. We will be good corporate
