From the job searching/career web site I learned about your need for a .NET Developer. I am very
interested in this position, and believe that my education and employment background are appropriate for
the position. I have excellent database modeling, reporting, analysis, and problem solving skills. I have a
proven track record of collecting data and processing information for software application and large
business products like Financial Systems (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General
Ledger, and Fixed Assets modules), ERP and other software systems with more than 50 clients.
After completion of my B.S. in computer science, and prior to beginning my masters degree in
business administration, I worked for six years in Sidat Hyder Morshed Associates Pvt. Ltd.
(Management Consultancy) in software development department. After doing MBA, my understanding
of the client's business requirements have greatly increased. I am currently working for Catholic
Education Office, Adelaide. Moreover, I have a can-do mindset. I have always achieved my tasks on
time. Now, I am seeking new challenges with a company in need of someone with exceptional software
development, leadership, and management abilities. Taking command of an operation or project, and
then guiding it to new performance levels, is my greatest strength.

As evidenced in the enclosed resume my experience encompasses software development life cycle
which includes requirement gathering, analysis the information/data, designing databases,
retrieving records and information, developing reports based on data collected, integration and
testing. I have worked in an agile environment. My ability to analyze needs and create unique solutions
and reports designed for various business users (FMCG, Food Chains, Rice, Banks, General Traders,
Importers, Exporters, Manufacturers, Distributors, Textiles, and Pharmaceuticals industries) has
proven to be one of my greatest assets.

I am not just a hard worker but a smart worker too. I always encourage the use of the technologies and
tools. As an example, I have used SSRS to create and design complex business and financial reports
(Customer knock off, Customer/Supplier Balance, Dashboards and etc). I have also created and
designed databases, views, stored procedures, T-SQL statements and user-defined functions of varying
complexity with a best practices approach to keys, indices and relationships in SQL Server 2008
R2/2012. I am expert in data modeling, database creation, database administration, database security
through session, user rights and grants, and performance tuning using SQL Server 2008R2/2012 and
ERWIN Data Modeler. I have good working knowledge in designing Use Cases, Class, Sequence,
Collaboration, State, Component, Deployment, Activity diagrams using UML. I have used reverse and
forward engineering to successfully transform database from Oracle to SQL. I have done data
warehousing using SQL Analysis Services (SSAS), Reporting Services (SSRS), and Integration Services
(SSIS). I have also managed MS Windows 2012/2008 R2 Server, IIS, COM+ and SQL Server 2008/2012
with regards to installation, configuration, administration and performance tuning.

I have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. I am very active in team meetings (Product
Manager, QA, other staff) and in meetings with clients. I have always presented good arguments in those
meetings. A number of my suggestions and arguments are appreciated both by internal and external
staff. I have also provided support for different clients. I have assisted them by providing knowledge of the
system, and providing queries to correct records, and providing data retrieval queries. I have good
analytical and problem solving skills. If there is any requirement from the client then I try to analyze it and
try to develop flexible system so that any future requirements and modifications can easily be handled by
the software. I have worked on Material Requirement Planning, Forecasting and other complex systems
and develop complex reports Knock Off, Production Report Tracking, and other reports very easily and
efficiently. I was always trusted by my managers, and other senior staff in all matters. I have always kept
confidentiality of client's information and all other information.
