Meet with lender (if you havent already) to prequalify for a mortgage. Determine your loan
amount, down payment, type of loan, interest rates and current incenuve programs available.

welcome here! We will then tour the homes you like at a ume that works with your schedule.

Once you are ready to move forward on a home, an oer price and closing date will be decided. I
will write the oer, obtain signatures, present it to other broker/seller and negouate on your
behalf.

Schedule and obtain inspecuons of the home to idenufy major problems or potenual issues..
6. Arrnntsnt
If you are nancing the home, an appraisal will be required once an oer is accepted. A third party
will be hired by your lender to give their professional opinion of the market value of the home. If
the appraisal comes in low, we can renegouate purchase price, or it will up to you and the seller
to come up with the dierence or meet in the middle.

Your lender will verify that your nancial situauon is similar to when you were prequalied, and
approve of the funds to be disbursed for the purchase of the home.

If repairs were requested, verify they were completed and that the home is in the condiuon you
expected before you take ownership.

Takes place at the Title company where you will go over the neprint, ask quesuons and sign.
10. Ctostue
Funds are wired by your lender for the amount of the loan, and deed is recorded in your name.
The home is now yours!


STEP BUYER STRATEGY
