Edition Escalation Rules
Army Composition:
500 / 750 Points Whatever You Want! No rules, Just Right!
1000 Points and Higher- WHFB normal army composition rules. (I.E. 25% Core, 3 units, etc.)
We will increase the army size by 250 points every month.
Gameplay:
You will have to play 2 games a month towards the escalation.
Opponents will be selected by initiative, we will roll off and winner chooses initiative order. This will be
determined on the meeting day. If you cannot be present for the meeting please get with me, AHEAD
OF TIME to see if you can get the games in. There are no promises, IT IS ONE DAY A MONTH! I have faith
in you can be there.
Challenges will be made in initiative order, if you are challenged you cannot in the next choosing,
challenge the person who just challenged you ( Thats Confusing). The second set of challenges will be
done in reverse initiative order.
I will roll for a scenario out of the rulebook on the meeting day and all games will be played using that
scenario. Terrain can be pre placed or rolled for out of the rulebook (You and your opponents decision)
If anyone has any ideas for scenarios or anything else, please let me know! This is not MY escalation it is
OUR escalation (We are Legion!)
If you are fighting a Civil War game, as long as you and your opponent agree, I will have special rules
available.
Escalation Victory Conditions and Duration:
The winner of the escalation will be determined by tallying all of the Escalation Points at the end of
the escalation. The person with the most point WINS!
The escalation will last until the armies have reached 3000 pts or until the players decide to end the
escalation.



Point Breakdown:
Escalation General Points: (Per Month)
1pt Being present at the monthly escalation meeting
(1 Saturday a Month dates, will be posted at least 2 weeks in advance on the 13
th

1pt Having your army painted for the 2 escalation games per month (Painted in both games)
(Minimum 3 colors, Basing not Required)
1pt Purchasing a model(s) from The BattleZone during the prior month.

-?pts For being a Tool Bag and or sucking the joy out of someones Saturday.
(This is an escalation and it is meant to help us all teach, learn and end up with a painted army.
Please remember that people will bring hard lists, so plan accordingly. On the other hand, please
dont kill the joy for your opponents by bringing a bag of cheddar with you every game!!
