seen in the area twice acting suspicious by contacting Officer. Upon contact the
officer noted that there was a flat screen computer monitor in the back seat. The
violator said he obtained it from the trash in the neighborhood. The violator was

Brazoria County Texas. A vehicle was stopped and the driver was found to be
