Located involved party (W.B.) soliciting at address, for a
"Carepackageintl.com" company, which solicits donations
alleging packages to be sent to U.S. Troops over seas. Same
indicated it is a for-profit organization out of Florida
and
that he is currenly housed at the Quality Inn in Rutland,
VT. Same indicated his leader, as well as numerous (at
least
10) other employee, are out in this area/county, adding
they
do not have a permit. Same are driving in a large white
colored van. I requested dispatch contact the leader
(Bill),
who is en route to this location.
Leader arrived and all were advised of permit requirement
and not to solicit in the City of Greenfield again without
such permit.

RP claims she threw the phone somewhere in the area of
Federal St school. RP states nothing physical occured,
verbal argument only. Apartment in order and no damage.

assitance in obtaining an emergency order.

Narrative:
Officer spoke with the male half of this argument over a
Red
Box movie. Male stated that he had argued with his
girlfriend of three months over a movie, and that she
allegedly took his cell phone. Male was advised of his
options to remove his girlfriend from the apartment. Male
left on his own accord.

Narrative:
Spoke with RP who states er ex-boyfriend (as a few hours
ago) attempted to enter the apartment through the back
door.
Both parties have lived at this apartment since March. RP
states male party kicked the door, while yelling at her to
let him in. Checked the door which she states he kicked.
No damage observed, some black scuff marks at the bottom of
the door. RP again advised of her options for 209A. (see
call 14-717)

Narrative:
Officers responded back after the female reported that the
boyfriend had come back and tried to kick in the door to
the
apartment. Evidence gathered at the scene did not support
the female's claim. Male party was picekd up by a friend
and
taken to 60 Conway Street for the night.

RP reports seeing a reddish-colored Ford Taurus station
vehicle with white male and female going through apartment

and left at curbside to be picked up for removal later.
Subjects had been there since 6pm, then started bringing
items back into Apt. 4B, something RP thought was strange,
as owner of Apt.4B was recently deceased. RP contacted
landlord and left message regarding this incident. I
checked
apartment and door was secure, so no access could be
gained.
Large number of items still outside. No further invest
necessary, as there were no obvious signs of criminal

Arrived on scene as the female party at #23 had shut the
door on Officer Butynski. We continued to knock on the

so we could speak with female but she refused to exit the
apartment. Female party could be heard yelling and
swearing
at us to leave. We then went to the back door and knocked
several times. Again, female refused to answer the door
but
could be heard yelling for us to leave. We stayed in the
area for approx. 20 to see female would come back out but
of
the apartment which she did not.

Prior to our departure we informed the neighbors to call if
there were any further problems.

RP reporting seeing something suspicious involving a young
female and two black males earlier today at Call's Corner
Store. One of them allegedly showed him a firearm.

Narrative:
RP stated he was at Call's Corner around 10pm when he
observed a younger female approximately 5'6" tall and 130
lbs with dark long hair in line behind him. She asked him
to assist her in holding open a bag while she put clothes
inside it. RP was inquiring as to whether she had a place
to live when a tall dark skinned black male wearing black
jeans and a longsleeved black jacket opened the door to
store and made eye contact with the female. The female
immediately stopped talking and the black male walked by
the
RP, lifted his shirt slightly and the RP believed he saw
the
handle of a fire arm. RP also believed two other black
males, unknown descriptions were watching and involved
somehow as one was down towards Elm Street and the other on
Conway Street waiting for the female and male party inside.
RP felt it was strange behavior and was concerned for the
welfare of the female based on his observations. The
business is closed at this time, nothing further needed.

about a phone call he received and issues over child
custody. male party extremely etoh but safely left with the
friend.

Not as reported. Male on scene agitated due to phone call
from ex wife. Also had too much to drink. Removed from

safely.
