Configurations requiring this version
This version must be implemented on all Voice Loggers of version 8.80.

This version replaces all previous versions of Voice Logger 8.80.

Problem Description
1. BSRV Optimize the Backup server search algorithm to
find the starting point for backup.
2. BSRV Handle the case that caused two devices to enter
simultaneously to suspend state on mirroring
mode.
3. BSRV Add safety counter to prevent never ending loop
when querying recordings information.
4. BSRV Change the installation title from NICE
Applications Setup to NICE RTS Setup.
5. BSRV Manual archiving did not back up audio from the
first file included in a requested time range.
6. BSRV DVD ejected the media, in periodic eject instead
of waiting for the user eject.
7. Logger Wait for TimeMgrP to terminate during the
shutdown process. The problem occurs when the
logger is restarted immediately after it was shut
down.
8. Logger Correct the OS time drift caused by the logger.
When the Logger time source is OS, the logger
updates the OS time and causes backward time
drift.

To i nstal l from scratch:
1. In the Logger, run setup.exe from the CD.
2. Follow the online instructions to perform the installation (You will need the MakeInst
configuration disk to complete the installation).
To update an i nstal l ed versi on:
1. In the Logger, run setup.exe from the CD.
2. Follow the online instructions to perform the installation. When prompted for the installation
method, select Install As SP (update binaries only).

1. NTnicelog.bat (from the applications group)
2. NCFI-Del Image-Hotfix01.bat (from the loggers group

When installing this service pack as part of NCF II, the next HFs must be run:
1. NTnicelog.bat (from the applications group)
2. CLS 8.90 NCF III-Hotfix 01.bat (from the CLS group).
NOTE: This is NOT A MISTAKE: Use the NCF III hotfix for NCF II.
