Furniture fronts are the most striking and best-remembered feature of furnishings. To make sure your cabinet or wardrobe does not look like many others,
choose a unique front for it. Our ofer includes MDF fronts in more than 50 milling paterns and nearly 100 dcor fnish foils, a new collecton of fronts
in natural veneer, varnished fronts as well as acrylic fronts. We have been manufacturing fronts since 1998. During this tme we have completed many
orders for items with varying styles, always original and interestng which appealed to our Customers tastes. Our modern producton facilites allow us to

Profl AKR to nowo w ofercie RESTOL. Fronty akrylowe wykonane s z pyty MDF oklejonej dwustronnie mat akrylow o gruboci 1 mm
w tym samym kolorze. Jedna ze stron frontu pokryta jest akrylem w wysokim poysku i zabezpieczona foli ochronn, druga jest matowa.
Cakowita grubo frontu wynosi 18 mm. Dwustronne oklejenie akrylem w tym samym kolorze oprcz poprawy efektu estetycznego zapewnia
duo wiksz stabilno frontw. Front oklejony jest obrzeem w kolorze pyty.
AKR profle is a novelty in RESTOL ofer. Acrylic fronts are made of MDF board on both sides covered with 1mm thick acrylic mat in the same
colour. One side of the front is coated with high-gloss acrylic layer and secured with protectve foil, and the other side has mat fnish. The
overall thickness of the front is 18mm. Double-sided acrylic coatng in the same colour enhances the appearance and ensures much greater
stability of the fronts. The rim of the front is covered in the colour of the panel.

VENEERED FuRNITuRE FRONTs are made of chipboard (18 mm thick) which is coated with natural wood veneer obtained from a variety
of natve and exotc tree species. In these fronts two types of surface fnishing are available: mat (LFM) and high-gloss (LFP). Both types of
fnishing provide the fronts with atractve appearance; their simple and fashionable form and high aesthetc quality perfectly match elegant

THE ExCLusIVE COLLECTION has been part of our catalogue for a long tme and is invariably much appreciated by our Customers. These
are frame and panel fronts made of MDF board and coated with PCV foils. Thanks to this technology we have obtained products which are
strikingly similar to solid wood fronts, while retaining all the propertes of PCV foil coated products. Large resistance to damage, immunity to
humidity of the surrounding, simplicity of keeping the surface clean, and at the same tme very atractve price - these are the main atributes
of the fronts from this collecton. Notably, for each profle on ofer in this collecton the colours of the frame and panel can be selected sepa-
rately from the whole available range of foil colours. The best visual efect will be obtained by matching foil decors with distnctly marked ring
outline. The exclusive collecton of fronts is complemented by RD profle. This is a frame and panel front made of MDF board coated with
fnish foil in K60 colour (korsico oak). The lush milling of the frame, with a very elegant touch, makes this front suitable for kitchen and room
furniture. Especially atractve look of the front is obtained in the patna and veneer coated version.

THE sTANDARD COLLECTION consists of profles marked with symbols A to Y. Because of the interestng designs, wide colour range and
ongoing availability the products of this group have enjoyed our Customers recogniton for years. In selected profles there is an opton of
manufacturing curved fronts or sets. The profle patern is milled on the front along the frst dimension (of height). In standard versions the
coatng is applied along the height, but it is possible to choose the layout of rings (horizontally or vertcally).

By using NET-Orders you most of all save your tme. In additon to its primary functon, i.e. submitng orders, the module allows for determining

can stop the process of placing order and then take it up and contnue without losing the items entered earlier. Net-Orders system allows also for

zasady i sposoby uytkowania i konserwacji
1. Powierzchnie frontw MDF naley regularnie czyci mikk, wilgotn ciereczk z mi-
krofbry przy zastosowaniu agodnych rodkw czyszczcych.
2. Do czyszczenia frontw nie naley uywa detergentw o silnym dziaaniu, rozpuszczal-
nikw, twardych gbek oraz pynw i past zawierajcych rodki cierne.
3. Fronty oklejane foliami w wysokim poysku i akrylowe pokryte s foli ochronn. Naley
j usun dopiero po zamontowaniu frontu. Zalecane jest aby przynajmniej przez 7 dni
po cigniciu folii nie czyci (przeciera) frontw.
4. W przypadku frontw lakierowanych, akrylowych i oklejanych foliami w wysokim po-
ysku ich powierzchni naley czyci wycznie wilgotn ciereczk z mikrofbry. Do-
datkowo zalecane jest zabezpieczenie powierzchni frontw preparatem HIGH GLOSS
REFRESHER. Produkt ten podwysza jej odporno na zadrapania oraz skutecznie usuwa
delikatne rysy. Butelka 100 ml wystarcza na ok. 10 m

powierzchni. Preparat jest dostp-
ny w ofercie RESTOL.

Restol Sp. z o.o. is a manufacturer of furniture and MDF furniture fronts, and is a company
with many years of experience. Its products are manufactured from top quality raw mate-
rials certfed by the Natonal Insttute of Hygiene. Both the boards and foils are supplied
by manufacturers with good reputaton and the thermal resistance of the fronts reaching
95C is confrmed by tests conducted in accordance with Henkels strict Dorus method. Our
fronts can be installed in furniture used in kitchens, bathrooms, ofces and rooms. In order
to ensure long life of our products it is necessary to use and maintain them in accordance
with the following rules.
storage conditons
1. MDF fronts should be:
protected against extended direct expositon to sunlight;
stored in rooms which are clean and dust-free.
2. Curved fronts should be stored in vertcal positon.
3. For the tme of storage individual fronts should be separated (e.g. using polyurethane
foam) to protect them against mechanical damage.
Rules and methods of usage and maintenance
1. Surfaces of MDF fronts should be regularly cleaned with sof and moist microfber cloth,
and gentle cleaning detergents.
2. The fronts should not be cleaned with heavy-duty detergents, or solvents, hard sponges
and abrasive liquids or pastes.
3. The fronts coated with high-gloss foils and acrylic layer are covered with protectve foil.
It should be removed only afer the front is mounted. We recommend that the fronts
should not be cleaned (wiped) for at least 7 days afer the foil is removed.
4. In the case of varnished and acrylic fronts as well as those coated with high-gloss foil
their surfaces should be cleaned exclusively with a moist microfber cloth. Additonally,
the front surfaces should be provided with a protectve layer of HIGH GLOSS REFRE-
SHER. The product enhances their resistance to scratching and efectvely removes
small defects from the surface. A 100 ml botle is enough for approx. 10 m

of surface.

5. Zanieczyszczenia powierzchni frontw substancjami mocno barwicymi powstae pod-
czas eksploatacji naley niezwocznie usun.
6. Fronty powinny by waciwie zamontowane (przy uyciu odpowiedniej liczby zawiasw
lub oku) i uywane zgodnie z ich przeznaczeniem.
7. Jeeli fronty zamontowane s w kuchni w pobliu pochaniacza (okapu), to w czasie
gotowania powinien on by wczony.
8. Szczegln uwag naley zwrci na to, aby po otworzeniu szafi front nie znajdowa si
bezporednio pod wczonym halogenem, gdy emituje on bardzo wysok temperatur
co grozi uszkodzeniem frontu.
9. W przypadku, gdy w kuchni znajduje si zmywarka, naley bezwzgldnie przestrzega
instrukcji jej uytkowania. Niedopuszczalne jest pozostawienie zmywarki z uchylonymi
lub otwartymi drzwiczkami po zakoczeniu cyklu zmywania, celem szybszego wysusze-
nia naczy. Czste poddawanie frontw dziaaniu pary wodnej o wysokiej temperaturze
moe prowadzi do uszkodzenia frontu i utraty gwarancji.
10. Fronty oklejane foli PVC mog by montowane w pobliu piekarnikw tylko w przypad-
ku, gdy urzdzenia te s w peni sprawne, zostay waciwie zamontowane i posiadaj
efektywnie dziaajcy system wentylacji.
11. W przypadku piekarnikw starszej generacji (bez systemu chodzenia) lub emitujcych
zbyt wysok temperatur (powyej 70 C), przy montau naley uwzgldni (wyelimi-
nowa) negatywne skutki oddziaywania wysokiej temperatury. Mona to uzyska np.
przez zwikszenie odlegoci midzy frontami a urzdzeniem lub poprzez umieszczenie
pomidzy piekarnikiem i boczn krawdzi frontu ekranw (np. z pyty wirowej).
12. Tak jak w przypadku zmywarki, niedopuszczalne jest pozostawianie uchylonych lub
otwartych drzwi rozgrzanego piekarnika.
Warunki gwarancji
1. Producent ponosi odpowiedzialno za swoje produkty przez:
okres 60 miesicy od daty sprzeday dla frontw oklejanych foliami PVC i frontw
akrylowych (wyduony okres gwarancji obejmuje fronty kupione po 30.09.2012 r.)
okres 24 miesicy od daty sprzeday dla frontw lakierowanych i fronirowanych.
2. Producent nie odpowiada za wady powstae na skutek:
niewaciwego przechowywania, montau i uytkowania oraz konserwacji wyrobu.

zakupie. Reklamacje dotyczce zarysowa lub uszkodze mechanicznych zgoszone w
pniejszym terminie nie bd uwzgldnione.
4. Ze wzgldu na uwarunkowania technologiczne dopuszczalne jest wystpienie na po-
wierzchni 1 m

frontu wgniece i/lub wysklepie o rednicy do 2 mm i wysokoci do 0,3
mm w iloci 3 szt.
Weryfkacji powierzchni frontu naley dokona wzrokowo wg metodyki okrelonej w
normie PN-F-06001-3:1994 w nastpujcym brzmieniu:
powierzchnie oceniane powinny by w takim pooeniu, w jakim znajduj si w meblu
w trakcie prawidowego uytkowania, jasno owietlone wiatem rwnomiernie rozpro-
szonym. Oceniajcy powinien patrze na powierzchni z odlegoci uytkowej, tj. od 0,5
do 1,0 m pod dowolnym ktem. Zaleca si aby oceniajcy w trakcie oceny zmienia kt
pod jakim oglda powierzchni (element pozostaje nieruchomy). Wpyw na kocowy
wynik oceny mog mie tylko wady widoczne przy zachowaniu opisanych warunkw.
5. Dopuszczalna tolerancja wymiarw gabarytowych frontw prostych wynosi +/- 1 mm.
6. Dopuszczalna tolerancja wymiarw frontw gitych wynosi +/- 1 mm (wysoko), +/- 5
mm (wysoko lecego elementu mierzona w rodkowym punkcie).
7. Dla frontw o wysokoci do 800 mm dopuszczalna strzaka ugicia wynosi +/- 2 mm. W
przypadku frontw o wikszej wysokoci frma nie daje gwarancji stabilnoci wyrobu
(ze wzgldu na waciwoci technologiczne) bez zastosowania specjalnych elementw
napinajcych.
8. Reklamacji nie podlega rysunek soi i odcie folii.
9. Reklamacji nie podlegaj fronty, ktrych stan wskazuje na nadmierne dziaanie wody
lub wilgoci.
10. Klient zobowizany jest do zapoznania si z warunkami reklamacji oraz zasadami prze-
chowywania, uytkowania i konserwacji wyrobu.
11. W przypadku innych zaistniaych, a nieopisanych tutaj sytuacjach, maj zastosowanie
przepisy prawa cywilnego.
12. Wszelkie spory wynikajce ze wsppracy pomidzy frm Restol, a odbiorc, bd roz-
strzygane przez sd waciwy dla miejsca siedziby frmy Restol.

Zwracamy uwag, e fronty wykonywane w tej technologii mog si nieznacznie rni.
Patyna nakadana jest rcznie, dlatego te niemoliwa jest pena powtarzalno wzorw.
Fronty patynowane wymagaj take zwikszonej ostronoci przy przechowywaniu, mon-
tau i czyszczeniu.

5. If the front surface, in course of its usage, is stained with a colouring substance the
later should be immediately removed.
6. The fronts should be properly mounted (using an adequate number of hinges or ft-
tngs) and used in compliance with their purpose.
7. If the front is mounted in the kitchen near an extractor hood, the later appliance sho-
uld be on while cooking contnues.
8. It is extremely important to remember that when a cabinet is open the front should
not be positoned directly below an operatng halogen lamp, since it emits very high
temperature which can damage the front.
9. If the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, the appliance must at all tmes be used in
accordance with instructons. The dishwasher door must never be lef open afer the
washing cycle is completed (e.g. to speed up the process of drying the dishes). If fronts
are frequently exposed to hot water vapour they may be damaged, and the user loses
enttlement to manufacturers guarantee.
10. Fronts coated with PVC foil can be mounted near ovens only if such appliances are in
perfect working order, have been installed properly and are equipped with efcient
ventlaton system.
11. In the case of older generaton ovens (with no cooling system) or those emitng exces-
sively high temperature (over 70 C), during assembly it is necessary to take into ac-
count (eliminate) the negatve efects of high temperature. This may be achieved by
increasing the distance between the fronts and the appliance or by placing screens
(e.g. made of chipboard) between the oven and the side edge of the front.
12. Like in the case of a dishwasher, the door of a hot oven must never be lef open.
Guarantee terms and conditons
1. The Manufacturer provides a guarantee for its products for the period of:
60 months from the date of sale for fronts coated with PVC foils and for acrylic fronts
(extended guarantee applies to fronts purchased afer 30 Sept. 2012);
24 months from the date of sale for varnished and veneered fronts.
2. The Manufacturer is not liable for defects resultng from:
inadequate storage, assembly, use and maintenance of the product,
exposure to high temperatures exceeding thermal resistance of the front,
subjectng the fnished front to further processing causing damage to its internal
structure (including, but not limited to, cutng, milling to fx the handle).
3. The Customer shall inspect the surface of the product immediately afer its purchase.
Complaints relatng to scratches or mechanical damage submited at a later tme will
not be recognized.
4. Due to technological conditons 1m

of the front surface may contain 3 irregularites,
namely indentatons and/or arching up to 2mm in diameter and up to 0.3 mm height.
The surface of the front should be inspected visually in accordance with the methodo-
logy provided for in the standard PN-F-06001-3:1994 that is as follows:
surfaces should be inspected in the same positon as when assembled in a piece of
furniture used properly, should be clearly lit with equally difused light. The inspectng
person should look at the surface from the distance of use, that is from 0.5 to 1.0m at
any angle. It is recommended that during the inspecton the inspectng person should
change the angle of viewing the surface (the element shall remain in the unchanged
positon). Only defects notceable when the above mentoned conditons are complied
with may infuence the fnal outcome of the inspecton.
5. The permissible tolerance of the dimensions in straight fronts is +/- 1 mm.
6. The permissible tolerance of the dimensions in curved fronts is +/- 1 mm (height), +/- 5
mm (height of the lying element measured in the middle point).
7. For fronts with height up to 800 mm the permissible defecton equals +/- 2 mm. In
the case of higher fronts the company cannot provide guarantee for the stability of the
product (due to technological reasons) where special tension elements are not used.
8. The ring patern and the shade of foil are not subject to complaints.
9. The Manufacturer shall not recognize complaints related to fronts whose conditon is
excessively afected by water or moisture.
10. The Customer is obliged to know the terms of making complaints, as well as the rules
of product storage, usage and maintenance.
11. Other cases, which have not been specifed herein, are subject to relevant provisions of
the civil law.
12. All disputes resultng from cooperaton between Restol Company and the buyer shall be
resolved by courts having jurisdicton over the registered seat of Restol.
Patna-coated fronts
Notably, fronts made using this technology may slightly difer. Patna is applied by hand
therefore it is impossible to obtain full repeatability of paterns. Patna-coated fronts also
require more care when they are stored, mounted and cleaned.
