COMES NOW, Lawrence J. Joyce, Esquire and moves this Honorable

Court for Leave to Withdraw as counsel for Appellant, Gregory S. Hollister.

Appellant will not be prejudiced as John D. Hemenway, Esquire has taken

over Appellant’s representation. Moreover, Appellant and Mr. Hemenway are in

full agreement with the withdrawal of Lawrence J. Joyce, Esquire.

Allowing Lawrence J. Joyce, Esquire to withdraw will not impact the within

Appeal and will not prejudice the Appellee’s or their Counsel.

WHEREFORE, Lawrence J. Joyce, Esquire respectfully requests this

Honorable Court grant him Leave to Withdraw as counsel for Appellant, Gregory

S. Hollister.
