TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By subscribing to the monthly
subscription plan, you are agreeing to
a recurring subscription fee. Once
you subscribe Cutiepie Cuppycakes
will charge the selected fee, until
your subscription is cancelled,
without further notice to you or
authorization from you.
The monthly subscription plan is
offered for Ten Dollars ($10.00) per
month; additional subscription plans
are offered at the discounted rate
of 3-6 and 12 months for $28/$55/$110
. You are agreeing to a recurring
$10/$28/$55 /$110 subscription fee.
Your subscription, including the 1-3-6-
12 month fee, will be automatically
extended for successive renewal
periods of the same duration as the
initial subscription term. (Ex. Month
to month charge every month, 3
month subscription is charged $28
every 3 months etc.)

There is no minimum subscription
term and you can cancel your
subscription at any time by emailing
cutiepiecuppycakes@yahoo.com. You
will not be charged for cancellation.
In order to not be charged for the
current month you must cancel by
the 5
th
of the month, all
subscriptions are charged on the 6
th

of every month. No refunds will be
given. Also, you are not and will not
be eligible for a prorated refund of
any portion of the fee paid for the
then-current subscription period
. If you pay you will be on the delivery
schedule for that month, if you wish
to cancel after the 5
th
of the month
it will cancel you for the next month,
not the current. You can re-
subscribe at any time following your
cancellation.
