beginning features. However, coaches still remain coaches. An effect from their quality is the most significant factor
when we talk about player growth. The other factors: training scheme, work rate and professionalism of player,
training facilities.
I decided to write about every type of coach in Football Manager 2013, their key attributes. Additionally, I created

Fitness coaches in Football Manager 2013 are used to improve physical attributes of players. They coach players in
the first team and youth team in two training areas: Strength and Aerobic. Important attributes for fitness
coaches are nearly the same as for Goalkeeping ones with a single difference:

Determination, Level of Discipline, Motivating and Man Management;
Working with Youngsters is necessary for training young players (U18);

Its a versatile type of coaches that may train first and youth team players in any area. It depends on attributes
level of coaches.
For instance, high Tactical attribute value means a coach may get more stars in Tactics area. The rules for the
other attributes:
Attacking attribute -> Attacking area;
Defending attribute -> Defending area;
Mental attribute -> Ball Control area;
Technical attribute -> Shooting and Ball Control areas;
At the same time high values of common attributes are still very significant:
Determination, Level of Discipline, Motivating and Man Management;
