NBCC was incorporated as a Public Limited Company in November, 1960, as a


wholly owned Government of India Enterprise under the aegis of the Ministry of
Urban Development. Beginning with a turnover of 52,000, the Corporation, over

The authorized and paid-up share capital of the Corporation stand at

120 Crore.

PERFORMANCE RECOGNITION
Consistently excellent performance of NBCC over the last many years has earned
it many milestones and recognitions from the Government as also from other
important quarters. These recognitions include: Schedule A Status, one among
TOP TEN CPSUs, winning of CSR Award from H.E. President of India, winning
Excellence Awards from Honble Prime Minister of India, Third Most Profitable
Construction Company Award etc.

THE SITE
The site for the proposed Group Housing Complex
namely NBCC Greens View Apartments admeasuring
about 17.2985 acres situated at Sector - 37 D, Gurgaon.
NBCC has obtained license to develop a Group Housing
on the Plot vide License No. 11 of 2009 Dated 21. 5. 2009.
Director General, Town & Country Planning, Haryana has
approved the drawings for development of NBCC Green
View Apartments on the Plot vide Letter No. ZP662 / JD
(BS) / 2012 / 2784, Dated 15. 02. 2012.
