Responsible for recruiting and sourcing technically qualified consultants to fill existing positions.
Day to day tasks.
Included: placing calls to prospective candidates that qualified for open positions, introductory calls
to identify candidate’s availability, skills match, experience, education, clearance, salary
requirements and interest.
I also educated candidates on InfiCare Technologies and its services.
I identified qualified candidates for defined, open job requirements by interviewing each candidate.
I also responsible for confirming/negotiating salary/hourly rate to match company margin goals
and candidates desired pay.
I also marketed candidate’s abilities to Account Manager responsible for open positions.
I scheduled interviews with candidates as initiated by client and follow-up after interviews to
