General
This brochure contains Fischer Prols standard ashings and
most important accessories.
The designs of the ashings are made to match Fischers
proles.
Standard ashings are ordered with an order number and
without a sketch.
Please use the parts list of Standard Flashings at the back of
the brochure when ordering standard ashings.
Standard ashings come in standard sheet thicknesses and
standard blanks, see table Standard Blanks page 7.
Special ashings are made to customer specications at a
surcharge.
Please use the sketch sheet for Special Flashings at the
back of the brochure when ordering special ashings.
The basic material for 0.75 1.50 mm thick ashings is steel
sheet as per DIN EN 10143 in zinc coating group G 275, for
2, 3 and 4 mm thicknesses as per DIN EN 10142, corrosion
protection K I as per DIN 55928.
Standard coatings of the ashings are:
COLORCOAT HPS 200 (200 m/RSL reverse side
coating, 200/12 m)
Polyester (SP/RSL, 25/12 m)
Polyester (SP/RSL, 15/12 m)
55% AlZn AZ 185 (Aluzinc)
RSL = reverse side coating, in the case of COLORCOAT
HPS 200 and polyester this is 12m and corresponds
to corrosion protection K II as per DIN 55928.
On coated surfaces such as polyester (SP/ RSL, 25/12 m) or
COLORCOAT HPS 200 (200 m/ RSL, 200, 12 m), corrosion
protection K III as per DIN 55928 is achieved on the A side.
On SP/ RSL, 15/12 m corrosion protection is K II.
Aluzinc 55 % AlZn AZ 185 double sided has corrosion protec-
tion K III as per DIN 55928 without an additional coating.
Standard colours in 0.75 mm sheet thickness:

Polyvinylidenuoride PVDF/RSL, (25/12 m)

Polyester SP/RSL, (15/12 m) RAL colour:

The colour of the reverse side coating is similar to RAL 9002.
Coated ashings up to 1.5 mm are always supplied with a
protective foil.
The protective foil should be removed soon after assembly, at
the latest, however, after 4 weeks.
Flashings can also be supplied in other colours to meet custo-
mer specications. Please enquire about the surcharge and
delivery time in this case.
PVC spray coating (30 80 m) or polyester powder coating
(60 m) are employed when using non-standard colours or for
sheet thicknesses of over 1.50 mm.
Standard length 5000 mm, max. length 8000 mm.

In the ashing tables there are 1 2 free lines (without an
order number) which can be used for entering different dimen-
sions.
If possible, standard blanks should be used, otherwise special
ashings.

Assembly:
Lift the hasp screw of the tension jack, put one end of the universal strap
retainer through the tension jack and bend approx. 15 mm.
Place the universal strap retainer around the EJOT FLASH, put it through
the tension jack and tighten manually.
Lower the hasp screw and tighten as far as possible with a screwdriver.

The ridge and eaves canter provides clean canting upwards
and downwards on Fischer construction elements.
By simply adjusting the handle, the tool can be used both
for canting up the ridge and canting down the eaves.

* Ridge only with FischerTHERM elements. A groove must be cut into the PUR foam before canting. The groove must be directly below the upper
skin and be approx. 5 mm wide and approx. 30 mm deep. The cut can be performed with a knife.
