Presently before the Court is Plaintiff Angelo Amatos (Plaintiff) Motion for
Leave to File a Fourth Amended Complaint (FAC). (ECF No. 8.) Defendants did not
oppose the Motion within the time allotted by Civil Local Rule 7.1(e)(2). Accordingly,
the Court GRANTS the Motion. See Civ. L.R. 7.1(f)(3)(c). IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED THAT Plaintiffs FAC shall be deemed filed as of the date that this Order
is entered.
