floor,Thavalakuppam main road ,ariyankuppam ,Pondicherry-605007. hereinafter called the HOUSE OWNER of the FIRST PART and
Mr.Mohamad saleem s/o Samsudheen, residing at No:69, new mettu street, sulthanpet, villinur, Pondicherry-605110. hereinafter called the TENANT of the OTHER PART, witnesseth as follows:
WHEREAS the House Owner has offered to let on rent of the house situated at No.81, Mariyamman kovil street,vinoba nagar,Pondicherry -605 011 to the TENANT for the residential purpose on a monthly rent of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three thousand only) which offer has been accepted by the Tenant subject to the terms and conditions set out hereunder.

1) The Tenant shall pay the fair rent of Rs.3000/- (Rupees three thousand only) to the House Owner on or before the 5 th day of every month and acknowledge the receipt of the same.
2) The Tenant has paid an advance Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) towards deposit which the agrees to take back free of interest when he vacates the premises and hand over the vacant possession in good condition.
3) The rental agreement is valid for the period of 11 (Eleven) months for this date of agreed from 10.01.2013
4) The Tenant occupies the said premises for the purpose of residential only.
5) The Tenant shall not make any additions, alterations in the said premises without the written consent of the House Owner.
7) The Tenant if she desires to vacates the premises shall inform to the House Owner in writing given 3 Month prior notice.
8) The Tenant shall vacate and handover the premises on his being given 3 Month prior notice in writing of the Tenants requirements of the premises.
9) The Tenant shall not sublet the premises let out to other persons.
10) The House Owner reserves the right to vacate the Tenant, even before the expiry of tenancy period, in case the Tenant commits default in payment of rent within the stipulated period.
11) The Tenant should use and occupy the premises as a private dwelling house and for no other purposes and unnecessary nail usage on is prohibited.
