RESPONSIBILITIES and ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Owner of the Salesforce environment and primary Salesforce administrator of Phil


ippines.
Manages all security settings; must have a deep understanding of roles and secur
ity settings, with the ability to modify the sharing model as required.
Manages all new user set-ups and deactivation, including transferring ownership
accounts/contacts for deactivated users.
Regularly audit data to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for
process improvement.
Perform mass data imports using the API or a import tools as needed.
Maintains updated system documentation and Salesforce policies/procedures.
Performs manual or automated data entry/data clean-up as required.
Stays current with Salesforce releases, educating leadership and staff on change
s and adjusting solution and configuration based on release developments.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Defines proactive activities and tasks required for optimization of stability, p
erformance and architecture.
Performs special projects and departmental initiatives as needed.
Manages partners to deliver all or part of development projects.
Extensive experience of applying CRM solutions to business requirements, in part
icular with Sales.
Good experience of designing, developing, testing, and supporting distributed, s
calable, highly available applications.
Able to work within Global IT and business team.
Demonstrated ability to work in a sourced model using onsite/offshore model, dev
elopment, support, QA, etc.
Demonstrated ability to translate business issues into IT solutions, with a demo
nstrated proficiency in evolving and managing IT system/service development/comp
liance management.
Professional in dealing with all levels of management and staff.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-
driven environment.
Proven project leadership skills with the ability to multi-task, delegate and pr
ioritize tasks.
Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
Ensures quality and consistency of design, development (if applicable), testing,
and integration testing cycles and deliverables, adhering to architecture, PMO,
and compliance guidelines.
Drives continuous improvement; may include design, definition of roadmaps, stand
ardization of processes and methodologies.
Collaborates and maintain working relationships with appropriate technology vend
or contacts and peer company contacts.
Provides Sales leadership and supporting roles on transformational projects / pr
ograms where integration of business processes and technology is a key theme.
Direct experience with SFDC Sales Cloud (application design, architecture and de
velopment using Salesforce.com).
